Great location and personnel was extremely helpful and informative. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded. The view is excellent....nice area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Our only complaint was the heater. It did not work and nights can be cold. The breakfast buffet is okay...standard selection of food.

The rooms very pretty spacious and clean. he staff was friendly and helpful. The service was quick. Overall a good hotel. The hotel in Nascar is very beautifully made, pretty open. I would definitely love to stay again in the same hotel.

We only stayed one night and we had a room facing the street. We could hear traffic passing our window throughout the night and we were very close to the morning church bells that rang between 4:30 and 5:00am. The staff was wonderful. They held our bags until our renturn trip from Aguas Caliente. This hotel was in a great location-right on the square, the rooms were clean, the showers were hot and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is situated just off the main square with nice restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ok. The room we stayed in was overlooking a busy street. The locals like blowing their horn! Overall the hotel is very good value in a charming city
