This is a good middle-of-the-road hotel near the centre of the Cusco city, and in walking distance of all major tourist areas in the town. The older rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are very, very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is okay but nothing special. The location is the hotel's main attraction.

Perfect for what we wanted - friendly staff, just 5mins from the main square, good breakfast, good rooms, very clean and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for their kindness and hospitality.

Well positioned hotel with more than adequate service for the tourist who spends their time exploring. Staff very helpful when asked to assist with transport and advice on how to get to the different attractions etc. This was our base before & after the Inca trail and was comfortable, clean and quiet - just what was needed!

I had a great time staying here. It was not a modern hotel but it was clean, cute, and in a very good location. I was there end of June and my room was a little cold, but they had provided an extra room heater that had helped.

This hotel was booked as part of a tour and while it was clean and centrally located, the lack of outside windows or air in the rooms was a little strange. Any windows in the rooms opened to the central lobby of the hotel (all tiled) so you'd be woken up at 4am when they set up breakfast. Overall, the... More

This hotel was clean, professional, and located in a great part of Cusco. The staff were friendly with me. I have limited Spanish-speaking skills, but we were able to communicate to each other well. The location was perfect for me to venture out on foot and see much of Cusco's sights. There was a bit of street noise and rumbling,... More

hotel was cute, clean, and professional. However, the staff I was not pleased with. They do not communicate with you fulling on how much something will cost, like making a local phone call, then tell you the full price is more and do not even apologize for the miss communication. I was told 3 different answers for the same question:... More

We got the tip from our travel agency to stay in the hotel. We enjoyed the service, the room and the location. Near to very good restaurants and the town center, it is a very good choice for couples and families. I was really surprised with all the facilities.

We stayed here for a total of 4 nights on two separate occasions during our visit to Peru in September and October, 2014. The hotel has some lovely patio areas in the open air where it is quiet and sunny. There are several pleasant seating areas around the hotel too. We had 2 different rooms, both of which were quiet.... More

A very nice hotel, charming layout. no restaurant just a breakfast room. Only three short blocks from the main plaza and surrounded by history. Very friendly staff and low key not in your face at all.
