The hotel is in a narrow one-way street; getting in/out of a car blocks all traffic until you and your luggage are in/out. The hotel is an old building that may have been a house. Our first room had one other above it and the insulation and floors are old and rather poor: we could hear every footstep above our... More

This hotel is in a great location to explore Cuzco. On arrival, be aware that there is no parking or even a drop off / pick up area, so be ready for fast exits and boarding in vehicles stopping and holding up traffic. Also be prepared to get any one of a large range of rooms - most with minimal... More

We had a 2 night stay in May as part of a "flashpacking" Chimu Adventures tour and this hotel was in a great location within walking distance to all the sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was small but clean and comfortable which suites us, [as we did not come to Cusco to sit in... More

I stayed here twice and found the hotel well appointed, the staff friendly and helpful and everything was very clean! The neighborhood is very safe and quite near the major sights of Cusco. The rooms are a bit small, as reflected in the price savings, but the hotel is ideal for a base when visiting Cusco!

This hotel is a 3 star and that is as much as you'll get. The location is great, the service is good, Gabriela and Umber were really pleasant, the overall cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding and the breakfast was pretty good too. I would have given this review 4 stars if only on our last day we wouldn't have... More

This is a good middle-of-the-road hotel near the centre of the Cusco city, and in walking distance of all major tourist areas in the town. The older rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are very, very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is okay but nothing special. The location is the hotel's main attraction.

Perfect for what we wanted - friendly staff, just 5mins from the main square, good breakfast, good rooms, very clean and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for their kindness and hospitality.

Well positioned hotel with more than adequate service for the tourist who spends their time exploring. Staff very helpful when asked to assist with transport and advice on how to get to the different attractions etc. This was our base before & after the Inca trail and was comfortable, clean and quiet - just what was needed!

I had a great time staying here. It was not a modern hotel but it was clean, cute, and in a very good location. I was there end of June and my room was a little cold, but they had provided an extra room heater that had helped.

This hotel was booked as part of a tour and while it was clean and centrally located, the lack of outside windows or air in the rooms was a little strange. Any windows in the rooms opened to the central lobby of the hotel (all tiled) so you'd be woken up at 4am when they set up breakfast. Overall, the... More
