This is a quirky hotel with friendly staff in a good location for the main square although it is situated on a steep hill. Our room was at the top of the building offering great views over Cuzco City. A great base for exploring Cuzco.

In a short cup de sac off the main road (lane really) leading up to San Blas Plazita. Well located to explore San Blas and 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Lots of restaurants around including Cicciolina which was much recommended. Pretty exterior with tables outside for drinks and food. Inside the decor is simple with an emphasis on... More

We stayed here for one night and let me first say that the property is a boutique hotel that is very well maintained. Our room was in the new side of the hotel, which has a beautiful courtyard and also has a very cool tunnel (with lights) that leads to this side of the hotel. For safety purposes, they do... More

Thanks for writing us. Your comment was useful to correct the current information provided on the reservation centers, who cooperate with us, which information was not accurate. We do not offer such type of multiple accomodation. If you are three people you will not fit in an standard room, ask for a suite. We also regret having to argue about... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in late October - fantastic little boutique hotel quite close to the main square. Plenty of restaurants around although the food at the little cafe attached to the hotel was already excellent - you have your breakfasts there but they do good food for lunch and dinner. Tip for food in Peru - always try... More

We are very happy that your experience was a good one at our place. Indeed we aim to enhance the magic of Cusco by "pampering" our guests. In regard to the walk bak to the hotel (uphill), our advise is: Walk down and ride up (a taxi from the plaza de armas to the hotel is only $1.5 dollar away!!... More

Located about three blocks up from the main square ( the last one is steep). This is a comfortable low key place to acclimatize in Cusco. We stayed two nights before our trip to Machu Picchu and one night on our return trip. The hotel stored our luggage in between. During the first visit we were in a suite apartment... More

Considering Cuzco is a very packed city with narrow streets, it is desirable that Casa San Blas located just a few feet off the street, at the beautiful San Blas neighborhood. At hotel of this price range, it is pretty good. Breakfast is simple, although they custom make coffee and egg for you each morning. During my stay of 4... More

Thank you for your comments: In regard to laundry service, we´ll take your advice to better explain the conditions on the request sheet. However you need to be aware that the service is not comparable. Our laundry needs to accomplish some standards and provide responsibility on damage items and so forth. More

This is a great place provided you stay at the very new area they opened the day we arrived. Beautiful courtyard with rooms around. Top view from the terrace. They have a fire place area very cosy with a view on the city. Very nice. The breakfast place was not open yet but seemed very pleasant. The other rooms on... More

The “new area” is indeed a new hotel, in process of renovation. It will soon be in the market as an “upscale” option for lodging in Cusco. We´ll be happy to launch this project in the near future More

Stayed twice, over four days with a break in Machu Picchu, room a little small but good although had to ask for a free standing heater as the room was cold. Great location, could walk to most places from the hotel. Loads of restaurants only minutes away, and the town square only a 5min walk, what a lovely town.

Our first room did not have an outside window. When I realized this I asked reception if we could move. They promptly moved us, no questions asked. Very professional staff, super clean, cute rooms, great terrace, restaurant was excellent and the location can't be beat. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A great home base for touring Cusco; a short walk to the main square in the old town center. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms were cozy, clean and well appointed. Loved the decor with the local textiles and artwork.

Thank you for your nice review!! Yes… we have just finished our new decor with textiles. Every room is named after a textile icon, and this is a piece of wisdom coming from the meditation of our weavers… Having your opinion encourages us to keep improving!! We hope to welcome you again in a future journey Carlos (Owner) More
