A marvelous hotel where the staff looks out for and takes care of you. My wife, adult daughter, and I stayed here for three days this past week. Our room was beautiful, spacious apartment with a large bathroom and an anteroom with a kitchen and all at a reasonable price. I cannot say enough about the staff here, particularly Janet.... More

We have just returned to the UK after 3 weeks travelling in Peru with our young family (5 & 8 year old boys). We stayed here for 11 of the nights, using this hotel as our 'home from home' as we went off and did our trips. The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and great to us, and the hotel... More

We stumbled across this place but I recommend it if you are in Cusco. It is about a 5 minute walk off the main square so a little less expensive but still very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and common showers clean with plenty of hot water. Rooms with private showers are available. It is easy to miss... More

Beds are comfortable and the shower is nice. The porters are very kind and efficient. Clerks need and kitchen staff need to be better trained. The place is nice and well located. Breakfast is good but replacement takes a time. Be patient. WiFi fails frequently.

Central location in Cusco. Quiet as down a side street with a private courtyard in front. Ask for rooms on the first floor with the outside seating area. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Wifi is fine in the common areas but weak in the rooms. Ask for a kettle in your room. Recommended.

This boutique hotel is just off San Blast plaza and in walking distance of many things. The room was small but charming, with plenty of blankets and a heater--necessary in August. At night someone brought hot water bottles to the door! Breakfast had all the basics except yogurt--including eggs cooked to order and several choices of fruits. Internet was free... More

I have to take care that I will not become euforic about this hotel. The location is in a quiet short dead end and at about two to three blocks from the main square Plaza de Armas. So excellent. The staff is well trained, accommodating and very much service directed. Are you talking about the bell boy, the receptionist, the... More

My mother and I stayed here for 5 nights, and I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful hotel. All staff members are extremely helpful, friendly, informative and so very hospitable. The rooms were very nice and clean, beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good every morning. Thank you Johan and Fernando - I know when I come back... More

I have gone to Cuzco yearly for the last 15 years and have stayed at Casa San Blas since it opened. It has a wonderful location, friendly, attentive staff and is a great value for money. It is located above up from the plaza de las armas and does require an up hill walk.
