The location of this cute boutique hotel allows easy walking access to the central historic area of Cusco. Our family of two adults and two teenage boys loved our comfortable suite with a kitchenette, stocked refrigerator, wifi, and plenty of room for all for the three days that we visited. The decor and furnishing of the hotel and rooms is... More

Walking distance to main plaza yet quiet with rooftop views of the city. A small old hacienda type building totally modernized with an artist's eye, with superb personal service. Many rooms are two floors, with kitchen and dining facilities. Walking sticks and umbrellas available for loan, lobby tea water actually hot. One of the best breakfasts in 23 days in... More

From the moment we arrived weary after walking the Inca Trail to find we had been upgraded to a suite, we felt at home and comfortable. We agree with other reviews, little touches like the hot water bottles are what sets this hotel apart. The receptionist thought of how to help us before we thought of things ourselves - eg... More

We took the senior suite right on top of the hotel and had a great view of the city both day and night. The kitchenette in our suite was well equipped but the one heater was not enough the heat the entire unit and it was cold. We appreciated the hot water bottle provided and the extra blankets but it... More

This hotel cannot be faulted in any way! The rooms may be a little small, but that is of no consequence when you receive such a wonderful reception ! Hot water bottles in the bed, heating on! What more could you want on a cold night in Cusco? Lovely breakfast, coca tea and leave freely available, assistance with anything you... More

A very charming hotel with an extremely helpful staff. Great breakfasts and amazing views from 3rd floor rooms ( it costs a little bit more than other rooms but the suits are bigger and really nice). We originally booked smaller rooms but decided to get an upgrade after arriving and seeing the view from upper floor. The reception stuff had... More

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights before our trip up to Machu Picchu. We arrived very early one morning and were not only given a place to store our luggage but also a room for our very tired children to sleep until our second room was available. The staff, particularly Jacqueline was very very kind and helpful. The... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa San Blas is the first Boutique Hotel in Peru since 2003. Our cozy and intimate colonial house located in San Blas mingles the comfort and luxury with the customized service so you feel as home. Our philosophy in Casa San Blas, moreover, is that our guests have a real contact and experience with our traditions and knowledge. Thus, our guests admire elements of Peruvian culture such as traditionally hand-made weavings which are showcased throughout all our rooms and halls. We have also built a terrace balcony on the third floor to allow great views of the city of Cusco both day and night. ... more   less
