We went for 16 days south america trip and this hotel is by far our best accomodation. We spend three night there, two before the Machu Picchu and one after. The staff are very nice and friendly. We came on a rainy day and they offered us an umbrella with cocoa tea right at the lobby. One night when it... More

This is a small hotel in a safe and picturesque area of cusco.Set up a hill, five minutes from the main square. The staff speak good english and are helpful and polite. We had a split level room upstairs with a view over the town which was fantastic and well worth the extra. As mentioned in previous reviews, tea is available in reception... Nice hotel. We didn't have any view from our hotel--could only hear the school kids and the school of music near by but they never were a problem. We loved the "turn-down" service and hot water bottle placed in the bed. What a nice way to stay warm at night. Breakfast was good and you could even order eggs if... More

We stayed 2 nights at Casa San Blas, 1 before going to the Valle Sagrada, and another after Machu Picchu. The rooms were simple, but clean and having comfortable beds and great showers. The staff were professional and helpful. The included breakfast was good quality and filling.

The Casa San Blas Boutique Hotel was beautifully situated with fantastic views of Cusco from your room and the room top balcony. We were surprised to find that our room was an apartment with kitchen, living room and bedroom in an upstairs loft which was overly spacious and well equipped. And after those long hikes, the owners indulge guests with... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights total, with a 1 night break in between to visit Machu Picchu. We first stayed in room 101, where we thought we would get a lot of noise from the corridor. To our surprise, people were very considerate of this and I being the light sleeper that I am had no... More

Stayed here 2 nights. Room has a heater which is very useful. Clean. Great location, just need to walk down the street to the central plaza. Lots of shops and eating places nearby. Nice seating area inside as well as outside but too cold outside.

I think this was my favorite hotel that we stayed while on our two week trip to Peru and Ecuador. When we first arrived the staff gave us free coco leaf tea that probably helped us with the high altitude, although we had gotten a rx for altitude pills as well. This hotel was a great location to shops, downtown... More

We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights at Casa San Blas. We originally were suppose to stay 3 nights, but the first day were arrived we were told that something was wrong with some rooms (sounded like a pipe was leaking or something) and that some guests were being put up in other hotels. I was worried about this at first, but... More

Located in a quiet courtyard but less than a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and main square. I spent some time walking around the local area to shop and take in the atmosphere, it's always good to head towards quieter areas away from the crowds. Rooms were comfortable, some much smaller than others. Some in our party stayed in... More
