The best part of this hotel is that the friendly, attentive staff organized a day trip to Machu Picchu, complete with transfers, train and a guide. They also held our luggage while we went on a trek for three nights; everything was back in our rooms when we returned. The hotel is okay. Nice rooms. Plug in oil heaters. Lousy... More

Terra Andina Hotel is a great place to stay while in Cusco and then going to Machu Picchu.Rooms were decent size. Adequate for 2 people with quite a bit of luggage. Bathroom was more than adequate. It was clean. Staff was helpful and location was great. I felt very safe. Breakfast was good. (omelets, fruit and cereal) They kept my... More

We stayed at Terra Andina Hotel for two nights prior to Machu Picchu and two nights returning from MP. We had a large room for both stays, first on the main floor and the latter stay in an upstairs room. Both rooms were very well furnished and exceptionally clean. The main floor room was excellent except for one problem: the... More

I booked hotel for 2 nights through Booking.com and decided to call hotel (spoke to Angel) directly from Aguascalientes to extend another 2 nights. We checked in late after hiking Machu Picchu. When we arrived, additional nights requested were booked in Lima (WHY?) It just gets better from here...room we got was not how it looked in the picture; it... More

This hotel is really nice. I stayed there with my family in two triple bedrooms and a double (we were 8). The buffet is really nice and the staff even better. I loved the patio/restaurant , and the colonial/Inca architecture mix of the building. However, when making the reservation, ask the front desk not to put you in any of... More

Terra Andina Hotel is a solid 3 star hotel. We were on a tight budget for our Peru trip and this hotel met our needs. Nothing fancy, just the basics that worked well. Our room was clean and small but with just enough space to maneuver around our 2 pieces of luggage. We do not spend lots of time in... More

I don't know why this hotel is travelers' choice of trip advisor?! We stayed two times in that hotel: before and after Machu Picchu. First 3 nights in room number 212 which is very very loud. That's why there is a small room of the staff opposite or on the same floor and they start working at around 5.00 am... More

Good hotel in Cusco, but with some problems worth noting. The plus: - Good location, within 10-15 minutes walk from the main square of Cusco - Great service, with the hotel stuff trying to fulfil everything we asked for - Breakfast, which is included, has a lot to offer - The patio in the middle of the hotel is very... We stayed at the hotel for 2 separate nights (before and after Machu Picchu trip). In general the hotel was really great. The service is very good and the staff would go above and beyond to make you happy and answer every question you have! The breakfast was superb, really delicious with many choices for a good start of the... More
