We enjoyed our time at the hotel, spread out over 6 nights and incorporating a night at M Picchu. The staff were very helpful, which was lucky as the Travel Agency we were using for the area were rather haphazard. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were fine, with very good tv and showers. The desktop for use by guests... More

The thing that sets this place apart is the excellent staff. Firstly we arrived unannounced at 4am (due to the overnight bus from lake titicaca) and they were great to us. Holding our bags (even through we did not stay after), organizing taxis and giving directions just to name a few things. The rooms are very comfortable indeed and the... More

The hotel is nice, clean, strong hot shower, the breakfast is very good! Although our room on the first floor ( which almost all rooms are as such, can see the courtyard from their window) was right in front of the courtyard where they serve the breakfast starting at 5am, so started at 4:30am, the plates were clinking pretty loud... The best part of this hotel is that the friendly, attentive staff organized a day trip to Machu Picchu, complete with transfers, train and a guide. They also held our luggage while we went on a trek for three nights; everything was back in our rooms when we returned. The hotel is okay. Nice rooms. Plug in oil heaters. Lousy... More

It was clean. Staff was helpful and location was great. I felt very safe. Breakfast was good. (omelets, fruit and cereal) They kept my... More

We stayed at Terra Andina Hotel for two nights prior to Machu Picchu and two nights returning from MP. We had a large room for both stays, first on the main floor and the latter stay in an upstairs room. Both rooms were very well furnished and exceptionally clean. The main floor room was excellent except for one problem: the... More

I booked hotel for 2 nights through Booking.com and decided to call hotel (spoke to Angel) directly from Aguascalientes to extend another 2 nights. We checked in late after hiking Machu Picchu. When we arrived, additional nights requested were booked in Lima (WHY?) It just gets better from here...room we got was not how it looked in the picture; it... More

This hotel is really nice. I stayed there with my family in two triple bedrooms and a double (we were 8). The buffet is really nice and the staff even better. I loved the patio/restaurant , and the colonial/Inca architecture mix of the building. However, when making the reservation, ask the front desk not to put you in any of... More
