This hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main square. It is immaculately clean , and however a little bit old fashioned rooms. without elevators. In saying that the hotel serves a lovely delicious breakfast and the front desk staff are absolutely wonderfully attentive to all of the guests needs. I would stay at this hotel again. Comfortable beds... More

First of all, the service from the reception desk is amazing. They catered to our every whim and need without hesitation. They even translated some emails I received from a hotel in Lima (our next stop) because I don't habla the Espanol. They even held our bags while we hiked the Inca Trail for no extra charge. The breakfast each morning... More

We stayed there on our way to Aguas Caliente and Machu Picchu and on our return. Cusco is a photographer's dream, especially if you are there during the farmers market on all the streets surrounding the hotel. It's an astounding place, with history and color. To really appreciate Cusco read up on some of the history first and the ruins... More

We enjoyed our time at the hotel, spread out over 6 nights and incorporating a night at M Picchu. The staff were very helpful, which was lucky as the Travel Agency we were using for the area were rather haphazard. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were fine, with very good tv and showers. The desktop for use by guests... More

The thing that sets this place apart is the excellent staff. Firstly we arrived unannounced at 4am (due to the overnight bus from lake titicaca) and they were great to us. Holding our bags (even through we did not stay after), organizing taxis and giving directions just to name a few things. The rooms are very comfortable indeed and the... More

The hotel is nice, clean, strong hot shower, the breakfast is very good! Although our room on the first floor ( which almost all rooms are as such, can see the courtyard from their window) was right in front of the courtyard where they serve the breakfast starting at 5am, so started at 4:30am, the plates were clinking pretty loud... The best part of this hotel is that the friendly, attentive staff organized a day trip to Machu Picchu, complete with transfers, train and a guide. They also held our luggage while we went on a trek for three nights; everything was back in our rooms when we returned. The hotel is okay. Nice rooms. Plug in oil heaters. Lousy... More
