Had 4 great nights at Terra Andina, two either side of Machu Picchu. Closer to the Plaza de Armas thaan I expected and a few minutes walk to a great market with touristy stuff and interesting local food stalls. We stayed in the superior room as that was all we could book at late notice. Really recommend it. Lovely big... more

We had the pleasure of staying at the Terra Andina Hotel in Cusco during July. It is conveniently located (maybe a 5 minute walk) from the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. As a stop off point on our trip to Machu Picchu it was convenient to leave our luggage there (Perurail only allows 5kg per person). Breakfast was good and... more

My father, brother and I went to Peru for 8 days, 4 hiking the Inca Trail and 4 days just in the city of Cusco. We stayed at the marvelous Terra Andina Hotel and it was just a pleasure. The service was absolutely amazing, the food was perfect and the rooms and facilities were in great condition. When we first... more

My stay for 3 nights at the Terra Andina Hotel in Cusco, Peru was a great experience; every aspect was fantastic. The service, restuarants, check in and check out were great. There was a post about jose at the Terra Andina charging a little more to book Machu Picchu train tickets is understandable because this is the last minute booking... more

Hotel was nice. I booked a double with two twins for my friend and I, when we showed up they had put us in a room with one double. They then moved us to a room with two twins, unfortunately it was just off the enclosed patio where breakfast/restaurant is and we were woken up every morning by people at... more

This hotel has a fantastic location, wonderful staff and I really enjoyed the restaurant, which wasn't too pricey and had great variety. The breakfast, included with the room, is especially good, and starts at 5am for those headed to machu pichu on an early train. The main problem I had was that our room was directly next to the restaurant,... more

After traveling 23 hours to arrive to Cuzco, Terra Andina was a welcome respite. After hiking to Macchu Picchu, we were glad to come back to the hotel, but after a 4 day hike to Choquequirao, we couldn't be more pleased to lay our heads there. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accomodading really making you feel at home.... more

We had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It also had a lot of character and was nicely decorated. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only negative was that the water could have been a little hotter. It wasn't ice cold, but not really hot either. Overall,... more

Our stay here was perfect. We stayed in the standard room for our first 4 night and it was very comfortable, one word of warning - as with most places in Cusco, get up before 7.30 if you want a warm shower, otherwise shower in the evening. A small price to pay for staying in this hotel. The staff were... more
