Stayed with a tour group. Hotel is located at the far end of the Avenida Sol, a long hike from the central square. The handicrafts market is located across the street, but most of the sights you will want to see are on the other side of town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi was slow but free. Staff was... Trip was with a TOUR GROUP which is not a category below. Large, elegant lobby with doormen, nice restaurant where we had the included breakfast buffet, across from the Central Artesians Market with literally hundreds of vendors (excellent prices too!). But as with most places, there is no A/C in the rooms, so street noises are an issue except late... More

Hotel is clean with friendly staff. A few blocks from the main plaza. Breakfast buffet is okay. Beware if the street vendors lurking outside the front doors. Great restaurant across the street Valentina's. Crossing streets can we risky cross quickly.

Stayed with an OAT tour group for 3 nights, and saw several other tour groups while we were here. That is not a plus, as some of the other international travelers are pushy, cutting into line at breakfast, etc. However, rooms are clean and large, WIFI is occasionally there, although spotty, which was an annoyance, and the breakfast is one... Wifi only worked the first of the three nights I had stayed. Called the front desk multiple times and they said they would send someone to fix it, but it never got fixed. The room was clean but no clock. The service was okay but whenever I asked for change they never seem to have much. Breakfast was always kept... More

We stayed here for three nights with a group of 14. The rooms are clean and up to date. The wifi works well. The breakfast was included and we thought it was quite good. The only drawback is that it is not centrally located.

We stayed here for four nights as part of the Travelsphere tour of Peru. The hotel is very conveniently situated, near to shops, markets and a pleasant park, and is only 20 minutes walk to the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a fantastic crafts market over the road where you can buy some typical Peruvian... More

This is a small chain of hotels in Peru. I have stayed in the hotel in Cusco. The hotel has a very good restaurant. The food is great and the decor lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly pleased to visit and take advantage of their Spa on the 5th floor. They offer massages, manicures, pedicures,... More

The hotel is conveniently located - it's across the road from an artisan's market, and the walk to the central plaza isn't bad, even thought it's uphill. The breakfast was good (don't miss the banana bread!), and the dinner prices were reasonable. Our room faced the street but there wasn't much street noise. The staff were very helpful with giving... Hotel is located in Cusco city center accessible to amenities. Convenient stores beside the hotel and a local artisan market across the street where you can buy souvenirs. Nice restaurants across the street also. The room we were in was a good size room for 3 beds, clean with plenty of table/desk to put your stuff on. Bathroom was a... More
