Pros: Quick walk to main plaza. Large facility. Free breakfast. Cons: Very noisy if you have a street side room. Bring earplugs! Rooms and common areas are a little worn. Not enough room lighting. Not as convenient as other hotels

We stayed here as part of a tour with Overseas Adventure Travel, so we didn't have to do all the normal research to find the place, check in, pay for the room directly, and related stuff. With that in mind, we found the neighborhood where the hotel is situated to be a commercial area with restaurants, stores and other similar... More

I imagine this is one of the nicer hotels in Cusco and we had a perfectly pleasant stay, for the most part. The buffet breakfast is tasty and offers a variety of options, and the staff is unfailingly helpful and polite. There is also complimentary coca tea available in the lobby to help your transition to the altitude. It is... More

We stayed here 5 nights and were very pleased with the service, the food, and the hotel. We had trouble with our room being too warm, but when we talked to the front desk about it, it was taken care of quickly. We were pleased with everything else about our stay!

A young man from our group became ill and the hotel staff was right their to help with the arrangements. My friend also came down with altitude sickness and the oxygen was available in minutes. She rested with the oxygen and was ready to continue the next day. The staff is discreet, helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely. We... More

Quite comfortable. Good baths, large and with a good shower. No wash cloths. No bottled water provided. You need to buy your own bottled water at local shops. The wifi was free and very good. The hotel restaurant had very good Peruvian dishes. The wine list was poor, mostly Peruvian wines and a limited selection. The hotel is a short... More

Our group stayed 3 night. Our room was on the third floor facing the courtyard. Quiet. Room was big enough for my wife and I. Nothing fancy. Lobby had antiques and tea for combating the altitude. Staff was helpful. Hotel was very close to the center of town. Restaurant and shopping aross the owe street. Grocery store next door. Beggars... More

I had a nice spacious room off the lovely feature courtyard, and my bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection is reasonably good, with lovely fruit juices. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby for good evening meals. There is a 10-15 minute, slightly uphill walk straight into the city centre where the Cathedral lies, and of course it is downhill... More

Very nice hotel, felt very welcomed, great staff although they didn't speak much english. Great corner about 3 blocks away from the main square, there is actually an artisan market place just across the street. Lots of great finds and clothing.
