Nice and quiet hotel conveniently located. Walk to Central market and town square. Rooms are fairly big with icebox and free breakfast. Hot coca tea available all day long for visitors with altitude problem. Located at 3300 meters altitide. Light headed and chest tight are common for some old and not too old person. Supermarket and local Chicken restaurant are... More

A very clean and modern hotel. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. The reception and bar area were well decorated although a bit on the chilly side. The bar does a mean pisco sour. The location is perfect so its only about a 5-10 minute walk up to the main square. Reception staff were helpful although English isn't always... More

First stop on our way to Machu Picchu. The hotel offers a clean nice room, with friendly staff, and a very good breakfast buffet. Dinner is available, but we ate elsewhere, while we were touring Cusco. The location puts you within walking distance of most historic areas in town. Free WIFI, and coca tea (in lobby). Our room, overlooking the... More

Could not think of a much better location to explore Cusco. Easy walking to most of the places you want to see. We found our room pleasant and quiet as it overlooked the space to the next building. The staff were generally helpful but the WiFi intermittent at best. Breakfast was better than the average and the one evening meal... More

We were originally booked into the St Agustin El Dorado and were disappointed when our reservation was changed because the El Dorado was under renovation. However, this hotel was modern and clean, the staff were very helpful and the hotel stored our luggage while we did an Andes trek. The breakfast was good and there is an option for eggs... More

The hotel staff has been amazing to is from the start. We were surprised to learn that there was a limit to the luggage allowed at Machu Picchu and despite not checking in to stay for another day, they allowed us a room to repack our luggage and stored what we didn't take. The breakfast changes daily and is great... More

This hotel is very noisy. Rooms poorly soundproofed. The staff do not speak English. The wifi is free, but it work partially. Breakfast is correct. There will always be someone to carry your suitcase. You will not spend a good night. You will not find sleep because the hotel is too noisy.

It's just a few blocks away from the city historical centre, has a great service. the rooms offer a very comfortable sleep, and the restaurant is good but not that great cooking and the options available (the breakfast is specially short at options)

We have spent three nights there and had a great stay. The hotel is very well located, rooms are nice, breakfast is perfect and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This hotel was recommended by a travel agent. Considering that it's a three star hotel, I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly, the manager was quite accommodating, and the breakfast was good. (A quick note - arrive early for breakfast - don't wait until the last minute, the food will not be hot). I also had a bit... More
