This is the third time in a little over a year we have stayed here. It is in a convenient location, is very comfortable, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Lovely choice to stay in Cusco.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Not only is the interior quite unique, but the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showers. The location is really good, near some good restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) had a really nice array of foods. We stayed here while... More

This hotel is in a good location that is convenient to shops and restaurants. We stayed one night on two occasions in the same week.Breakfast was included. The first night, We had a double bed. There was pounding going on all night that prevented a good night's sleep. We told the front desk in the morning, and were told that... More

I was back and forth on this review. The restaurant was good. The bar looked nice but we didn't take advantage of it. The coca tea was plentiful and the staff was helpful. The location was good, close to the main square in Cusco. It comes down to the rooms. Our first was just fine. Our second was over the... More

This place is very close to the shops and restaurants pretty much within walking distance. The hotel has very nice acomodations, the rooms are clean with everything in working order and comfortable beds. The people working there are friendly and speak english as well. The hotel also has a full breakfast included and has your typical foods and nothing wild... More

Excellent staff, very helpful. Was part of 'Condor travel package' so not sure how much it cost, but was happy with the choice, one room we had the doorway was a tad low, hit head a couple of times, but that was part of the charm of the place as it was built with 'Inca' style in mind, little corridors... Lovely room, great decor but as with previous reviews the noise was a big problem, honking horns at 4am on a Saturday night kept us awake . Room was also cold with a heater but no plug point! We stayed four nights before doing the inca trail and every morning early say 7am there was no crockery for cereal, no... More

Before beginning this hotel was part of a tour with Condor Travel therefore didn't have a say in choice nor no price. The location is good and near the main Plaza. Friendly staff made our stay welcome. The breakfast was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. Our twin room was ok size but bathroom a little pokey. The real... More
