I would recommend this hotel. Close to everything - easy walking distance to restaurants cathedrals central square. Rooms were big. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Left our luggage there on two different occasions and safe and sound. Breakfast simple but plenty of it. Very happy with all aspects . Location is definitely good.

Nice hotel very close to plaza de armas with reasonable price. We were very happy with the service. They did a great job of storing our luggage for the inca trek. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are ok, showers can be hit or miss with the water pressure. A bit noisy but expected, great view of the city from the dinning... More

Very convenient location - just a minute walk to Plaze de Armas. At first I was concerned about the noise level but my room was nice and quiet. Room well-equipped too with safe box, heater and cable TV. For a chain hotel, the service staff were nice, friendly and attentive. I requested for the same room when I returned from... More

My wife and I spent two nights here whilst on holiday. The hotel is in an old building just off the main square with a great view of the cathedral from the breakfast restaurant. Our room was reasonably comfortable, the hotel staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was good. We did, however, find the whole place rather gloomy with... More

The staff were sooo friendly and helpful! When my charger burned out they would lend me another to charge my phone at no cost. The sweet man at the desk even bandaged my finger when I hurt it. A tub would have been nice after hiking the mountains but at least they have showers and hot water, wifi, and breakfast!... More

This is the 2nd Casa Andean Classic we have stayed at and unfortunately they all seem to follow the same template. Our hotels were booked though Trailfinders so I don't know how much we paid. The hotel is slightly better than a hostel - the room is about 5m x 5m with a very small dated bathroom. A tall large... More

Stayed for one night before going on a 4-dau Inka Trail Hike. Check in was tediously slow. (not entirely their fault as all Peruvian hotels have this lengthy process) Were offered cocoa tea while we waited for check in process for about 20-25 minutes. Lobby was decent, but kinda small and cramped. After check in, we were taken to our... More

This is not a luxury property, but you probably already know that. It is, however, very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable (and I am very particular about this), which is important to me after a day and evening out. The staff was helpful. One of our group accidentally went to a nearby Casa Andina after shopping (there are... More

Thanks to the hotel staff (Michael and Marie, especially) who were very warm and knowledgeable, our stay in Cusco was wonderful. We stayed 3 days to acclimatize before a trek. The location is perfect, the hotel quiet despite its proximity to the main square. There is a lovely breakfast room with a buffet that was excellent! We had a reasonable... More

Our tour booked this hotel for us--hence no idea of the cost. However the hotel was very convenient to see downtown Cusco, great to get day tours, and truly charming. The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again and Cusco is a town worth seeing.
