The staff were sooo friendly and helpful! When my charger burned out they would lend me another to charge my phone at no cost. The sweet man at the desk even bandaged my finger when I hurt it. Our tour booked this hotel for us--hence no idea of the cost. However the hotel was very convenient to see downtown Cusco, great to get day tours, and truly charming. The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again and Cusco is a town worth seeing.
