The location is excellent , in the centre of town.It is spotlessly clean .The staff were very helpful and friendly. The brekfast was typical for the region with plenty to eat and variety, The rooms are basic but have ample room, compfortable beds . we would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

This is an awesome hotel. Beware that there are four "Casa Andinas" in Cusco. This one is on the less expensive side and is is just off the main plaza. We walked to all of the in-town sights that we wanted to see. Some rooms have a lip (short step) on the floor leading into the room or the bathroom.... More

It is unfortunate that we arrived at this hotel after staying at 5 star establishments. Even so we think the hotel could be improved significantly. On the plus side are the location close to the main square, the friendly staff, a comfortable bed, strong and reliable wifi and an excellent shower. However it was let down by a rather dingy... More

Stayed in this hotel recently for a trip before and after a hike to Macchu Pichu (late April). The staff was truly excellent and responsive, with excellent English. They helped with directions, getting a taxi, plug adapters etc. Also seemed aware of tour group needs and coordinated effectively with them on our behalf. The breakfast buffet was ample. Could have... More

We have a mixed feeling about this hotel. Of course the most important things are: the bed, bathroom, space. These items are good or very good about this hotel, also the location is only 5-10 minutes walking from the centre of Cuzco. Also the personnel is very service minded. All the rest is failing. Wifi: very, very poor performance. Cleaning... More

We went for a four day, three night stay at this hotel in Cusco and it was the perfect choice. Location is perfect. The staff is the most kind and attentive we have ever found at any hotel. Breakfast was quite good; much better than at any american chain such as Holiday Inn Express. Rooms were not huge but the... More

Stayed at Cusco Plaza - Casa Andina Classic for two weeks ... with side trips to Machu Picchu Pueblo and Puno. Plaza de Armas is the center of festivals in Cusco so the entire area is subject to sounds from the celebrations ... comes with being in the center of Cusco. Ear plugs might help if one is a light... Hotel was great, along with the staff, very friendly and eager to assist in any way. The streets are noisy but that owes to the character of the city in general, high energy and full of life. So if you want to enjoy a nice totally relaxing accommodations in Cusco, stay somewhere else. but if you want to be in... More

We stayed for two nights in April 2014. The hotel is located near the Plaza de Armes and walking distance to many other tourist areas, restaurants and shops. Our room was a little on the small side but it was nice and clean. Our window opened up to the courtyard so we kept it closed for privacy. The breakfast menu... More

We had to move rooms as soon as we checked in, because a couple across the hall were having it out and we could hear every word. The walls are thin throughout the hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean but the pictures were a little deceptive.
