The location is extremely convenient. It has everything you need and more. Not fancy but nice, clean, and the service really good. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Nice sleep. We woke up very early in order to go to the tours. There was always someone ready to help us. Liked it.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel this past week. The staff and food went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this hotel. The location of this hotel was well located and easy to walk to the main square. The square is where you will find the best restaurants and shops/

This Casa Andina Classic hotel was actually packed with tourists in February which is the slow season. Service was a little slow, but we got our luggage in a timely manner. Our first problem was a lack of hot water which was taken care of later in the evening. There were a number of very good restaurants nearby on the... More

The service was very slow at this hotel. The reception staff were not attentive at all and we had to wait for ages even to be acknowledged! It was very cold in Cusco due to the altitude and we arrived early on check in only to be told that our room was not ready so we waited in reception for... More

Stayed here in November before and after Machu Picchu Hike. Pros * Excellent location right off the main square. * Very friendly staff. We were provided great local restaurants recommendations and reservations were booked for us as well. * Clean; basic accommodation. (You have everything you NEED.) * Luggage storage available while on trek. (Very honest hotel staff. My partner... More

Casa Andina at Cuzco was much more that expected!!! Friendliness, customer service and availability of staff was amazing! Rooms and restaurant, simple but just what you need after a long day touring and walking - offers comfortable beds for a good nights sleep and and nice, clean shower. If you're looking to lounge all day at the hotel would recommend... More

Good location, they receive you with a coca leaf matte, good for the dizziness caused by city height. Service is good and with affordable prices. Close to the main plaza, cathedral, gold museum and local market. You need to take a taxi or a bus if you want to visit Macchu Picchu.

The staff at Casa Andina are top of the line. They have staff at the airport who are there to help guide you. It should cost $5 for the cab ride to the hotel. Fortunately their English is better than my Spanish. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were on duty at the front desk 24/7. They were... More

I would not really recommend this hotel, the location is great as it is right on the plaza where most tours leave from and return to. However the hotel is rather old and it has not been renovated, beds are old. We had two rooms, on one of them we found a bug on the bed. The bathrooms are older... More

What a great hotel. Rooms are antique and are a joy to stay in. Nice and close to the city center and eateries. Great Inca ruins around the area, safe to walk around in day and night. Breakfast is included in the price.
