The title says it all, really. I like the people of Peru, they are genuinely nice people in general, and that transpires in the friendliness of their service’s quality. This fact and the very good location of the premises saves a hotel that otherwise would be nothing but a very ordinary place. The breakfast is nothing to talk about, just... More

It's an average hotel, the location is awesome, in the middle of the city, just exit the hotel and you'll be just in the center of Cusco. The room was small and a little bit outdated but still clean, with reasonable conditions. The breakfast was just fine. I also loved the breakfast room which is somewhere at a higher level... More

We stayed here for 3 nights pre and 2 nights post Inca Trail. Each stay the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we needed recommendations for laundry service, places to see and places to eat, we were always given multiple options and all met our needs. On our return from the Trail, our bags that they stored for us... More

Thank you Casa Andina Classic staff for making our stay a memorable one! Your friendliness and willingness to help in every way made us feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel for newcomers to Cusco! Great location as well.

Starting with the positive: location is everything here. Short, easy walking distance to Plaza de Armas and many other sites. Great to walk somewhere and have no need for a taxi or bus or guide. Easy enough to pop out for a coffee or a tour and then back to the room. And, we had a lovely carved wooden balcony... More

We recently had two stays here. The hotel has a great location in the town centre near a number of squares. Our rooms were spacious and more than adequate for our stays. However, the standout for us was the great staff. Just so helpful and ready to assist. Alex in particular was just great. We had a problem with the... More

Great breakfast with a wonderful view of the mountains and city square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great location right off the main square but close to a smaller square. We stayed 2 nights left for Mach Picchu for one night and when we came back our bags that they stored were already in our... More

We stayed two nights here. It is only adequate. If I had it to do over I would stay elsewhere. The room is lifeless and barely clean. The shower is old and sparsely flowing. The breakfast buffet was late and boringly adequate. The scrambled eggs were barely cooked.

Our hotel arrangement was made by our agency. We stayed at a series of Casa Andina hotels in Cusco, Lima and Aqua Caliente. They are all conveniently located close to town center or city center. It makes an easy walk around after a busy day of travel, shopping, dining and people watching. The staff in all locations were very friendly... More
