The staff is very helpfull and friendly. They helped us plan a day trip in a few minutes. Our room had a great view over Cusco downtown. Is very central. Big and confortable rooms, with a nice bathroom, hot water. They took care of our big bags while we were in Machupichu. I would totally go back! They made us... More

The supposedly free taxi from the bus station didn’t arrive but it was a minor thing as the old man in the reception (sorry, I forgot his name!) was so kind and truly made up for the transport oversight. He offered to buy my water since it was raining and I had just come from an exhausting bus journey. He... More

Our room was large, with a king-sized bed, and a tiny private bathroom with hot shower. There was no hot water at the sink. The water would occasionally quit/ run dry, but staff flipped a switch or something and it came right back on. This happened 5 times during our stay. They provided 2 free packets of 2-in-1 shampoo and... More

Best location of the city. Ok, 5 minutes to go and 10 minutes to come back, from the city centre, by walk. Nice rooms, hot water, honest price. And you'll have breakfast from the top of Cuzco. And the night view is incredible. Open 24 hrs, best hotel in 19 days between perù and bolivia.

We used this place to stay while we did a day trip to Machu Piccu. The only one annoying thing was the front door was always locked and had to wait until someone would come and open it. Not very much english is spoken here but it wasnt too much of a problem. We had a King been it was... More

Booked this place for 3 nights after doing some research online. It's great value for money'. Room was clean, huge bed, room cleaned every day. Breakfast was simple-rolls, Ham, eggs, jam with juices and hot drinks. But delicious. Great service. I travelled with my husband and we loved the fact that you could get a hot drink from the communal... More

This hostel is located only about 5mins walk from the main square. The staff is very nice. We got a free pick up from the airport with a taxi, the hostel paid for the taxi. Rooms are nice - for what you pay. We had a heater and hot water. Excellent views.

The hosts of this hostal are very friendly. They're preparing breakfasts outside of their normal hours, call your cabs, recommend restaurants. The rooms are very clean, they have space heaters, hot water in the bathrooms, clean bedding, heavy blankets for cold nights in the mountains. The breakfast area overlooks the roof tops to the Cusco. The Andes Mountains in the... More

The lower ground 'superior' rooms in this hostal rival some expensive hotels I've stayed in. Huge super king size bed, bath and shower with piping hot water and fabulous vistas of the hillsides surrounding Cusco. However the standard rooms on first floor are smaller. Very friendly family running the place with a free pick up from bus terminal at 6am... More

I've been in Peru for over a week now, staying at various hotels and hostels in different cities. At this hostel, the staff are very warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and functional, and the free wifi works (which is important to me). The best parts of this place are the views from the main sitting area and the... More
