We stayed here for 5 nights in total. The family is really nice and helpful and they have a wonderful 3years old boy. Situated near the plaza de armas you are close to everything. There are many stairs but take it as training for Machu Picchu ;-) The hostal is small, you have 7-8 rooms and we appreciated it! (We... More

We respect what Miguel and Vivianna are trying to accomplish. They were lovely, their son is beyond adorable and the dog is simply loveable. However, there is a fine line with the comfort level when you appear to be sharing someone's home that is outfitted as a hotel. The lobby-breakfast area was like their living room/home office and we, the... More

Lovely people, lovely setting and amazing views of the city... Family were lovely and the dog was adorable...breakfast was fab with omlette and juice, room was a bit disappointing as it was internal room facing onto sitting room with little privacy especially being on honeymoon and the bathroom was tiny as I bumped into toilet while opening the door, shower... This hostal caught my eye when I was searching for a home base in the sacred valley. I specifically liked that it is run by a young family with a young son who was adorable and a quiet little dog (Tito) that is appreciative for any attention you can spare. The price was an excellent value as well. Before my... More

Frankly, I'm not sure what all the shouting is about. This is a run of the mill hostal run by a very hard working young man with a beautiful family and a dog. The views are very nice, as they are from many hotels in the San Blas neighborhood. The property is a bit of a hodge podge of spaces,... More

Hello Annadelphia, Is good to have some feedback about our new room. Actually you guys were the 3rd guests staying in that room. I´m glad to hear you enjoyed the view from your window, actually you could see the main square “Plaza de armas” leaning back in your bed. About breakfast you found it “Spartan” but some other people staying... More

We arrived in Cusco via taxi, and therefore had to find our own way to Hostal Wara Wara. After a bit of a walk, and quite a few stairs, my initial impression was, well, not that great. That is until We walked inside! It was like entering a old and dear friends living room, the kind of place that isn't... More

It was a pleasure to spend a few days with Miguel and his family (including Tito) at Wara Wara. The views are magnificent and the beds comfortable. The common room is a great place to make new friends. Don't let the climb up the hill put you off (you can always get a taxi for a few S/.), this hostel... More

I was fortunate enough to share miguel and vivanna's home for 2 days this april. What strikes one the most aside from the spectacular views which are unparalleled in all of cusco is the warmth in which miguel and vivanna invite you in to their homestay. Upon arrival, i was perfectly picked up from the airport by a man holding... More

We stayed at wara wara for 4 nights at the beginning of april while we were exploring the sacred valley and it was definitely the right choice. The bnb is located on the top of a hill and has spectacular views of Cusco and Plaza de Armas. We were the first guests to ever stay in a newly opened wing... More

Wara Wara was our favourite hostal to stay during our trip in Peru. Miguel , Viviana, Luciano and Tito were the most welcoming family, we felt like home!:) Atmosphere was fantastic, location is suberb, breakfeast is great, also Miguel prepared for us amazing dinner for very good price. They were flexible to keep our luggages while we were on Machu... More
