On a lovely street in Cusco, with blue shutters and an airy interior, we thought we might be onto a winner. We had booked a double but were given a twin. As we had just arrived from a flight we went along with it, and it had a nice window onto the street. Unfortunately, the management was the downfall to... More

We arrived at 4:00AM, the night receptionist welcomed us very well with the smile and he was helpful. The horror starts at the sunrise, when the rest of the staff was present! Just woke up, the directrice don't even welcomed us she literally forced us to go to the office to book our tour to Machu Pichu! (Not great at... More

Very charming place. One of the best quality/price ratios in town ! The staff is nice, breakfast is OK, on a roof with a nice view ! They booked for me a nice trip to machu picchu for a low price. I recommend it !

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 days. Very quite, few guests were here and the stuff is really nice and helpfull (although they didn't speak English well...but we always understood each over) Bottom line, it's a good hostel, with good prices (regular is 60 soles per night, but we were able to negotiate and we paid 160 for 3 nights...about... For 60 soles the night ($20 US), we got a lovely room on the top floor with a private bathroom, internet, breakfast, and hot water. It was super quiet (just a few other guests), but the place is adorable and the seating area on the top floor has great night and day views of the city and is a perfect... More

The staff are helpful and owner speaks English. Rooms are small, basic and clean. Small shower, hot water not always available. Nice deck area and set up for breakfast, but no fridge and you get warm evaporated milk for your coffee. Cable TV only showed snow on screen. Old computer in reception area.Only three blocks from main plaza, OK going... More

I'll get straight to the point. Pros - Location, Staff/Owner are very nice people. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a positive one. You can't beat the price. A great value for what you get. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. Hot showers and a safe San Blas neighborhood. Wifi works for the most... More

This little Hostel in Cusco is a little gem of a place for the budget traveler. Rooms are cheap, clean, well maintained and there is usually an included breakfast in the price of the room. The owner is dedicated to your comfort and well being and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable and secure.... More

This hostel is located in one of the highest part of Cuzco ! Nice and quiet rooms. The town center is not far away but you will have to walk on the steep streets of Cuzco. But you will have a nice wiew at the hostel top floor for breakfast.

In a city that seems more busy with taking your money than providing you with genuine hospitality, Hostel Arcano is was a much welcomed encounter. Raul, the owner, recently bought the hostel and is doing his very best to provide you with a homely service. The hostel is not fancy. You won't find anything fancy here (for example flat screen...
