Great place all around. First off, you can't beat the location - short walk to the Plaza de Armas and local market. Wonderful buffet breakfast each morning and never a shortage of coca tea in the lobby. Free wi-fi internet in common areas. Rooms were charming with basic, but comfortable amenities. The room heater worked very well during chilly nights... more

If you enjoy being comfortable, without all the plush, lush, sparkle and trend, then this is your hotel! A great hotel with all the basic comforts of home. Clean rooms, slightly outdated bathroom, welcoming lobby, and a friendly staff. Bonus point awarded - free wi-fi mainly in the lobby, but we didn't have any trouble picking up service in our... more

Room 809 was on the top level. It was much better than other hotels I had stayed at in Peru. The water was mostly reliable. The walls were paper thin. The breakfast was TERRIFIC! Custom cooked omelets daily, changing hot buffet items. Fresh coffee - - again, really fabulous compared to other experiences in Peru. Also breakfast starts at 5am... more

We were booked by a tourism agency at this hotel. When we arrived, we were assigned the worst room ever. It is almost on the underground (room 617), with its window on the level of the street, that is an uphill. We couldn´t sleep well due to the traffic and loud conversations on the street. We tried to change the... more

Our family of 4 stayed at 3 different hotels in Cusco, and this was the best one! We spent a total of 7 nights here on 2 different stays, storing half our luggage here when we visited Lake Titicaca in between. Conveniently located in the Plaza Regocijo, just a block away from the Plaza de Armas and lots of resaurants.... more

we ended up at this hotel as a result of a flight cancellation. the room was very large and the hotel was quite interesting. Our problem with the hotel was the noise. We unfortunately had a street level room which resulted in car and pedestrian noise almost all night long. I would like to assume that a room above street... more

We stayed at the Royal Inka hotel, both the Royal Inca 1 and 11 are 100 feet apart and share facilities. This was a great hotel, breakfast was good and rooms were clean and spacious. It's in a great location off the main square, and it was quite, unlike the first hotel we stayed at that was beside a Disco... more

Clean room and halls, comfortable enough bed. It was a great hotel for the value. I can not say I loved it, but did not hate it either. They serve coca tea in the lobby, relax when you get there ESPECIALLY if you just arrived to Cusco. The altitude has different effects on everyone. The room was spacious, you can... more

We stayed one night at the Royal Inka. The location has plus and minuses. It's right near the plaza and good for walking around. The rooms facing the street are incredibly noisy with all the traffic. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast buffet in the morning was outstanding. The coffee was good. The room was large and their... more
