There was nothing disappointing. The location was perfect - on the corner of a beautiful plaza. The room was small but nicely fit a king size bed and was very clean and updated. Chocolates left in the evening, bottled water always available in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Great mid range hotel in a central location with the breakfast room over looking the Plaza de Armas so a great base for people watching and exploring the city. We stayed here twice during our time in Peru as we had the Inca Trail in between so it was nice to come back to a familiar place after camping for... More

Fantastic location, very friendly and warm staff. I got very sick and the hotel arranged for me to speak to a doctor in just 5 minutes. They were incredibly personable. Very comfortable and modern rooms. Shower was the best I've used in South America. Great hotel.

We loved the location of the Hotel. Right on the main square, the second floor terrace, restaurant overlooks the square, had a great view. Walking distance to major attractions in Cuzco. They provided us with plenty of coco tea and coco candy to acclimate to the altitude. Very friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help. I didn't get my... More

We just returned from a 4 days plus an additional 2 days after our Machu Picchu trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was always very helpful. They had boxed breakfast ready for us because we were leaving very early for our train to MP. Loved staying during Xmas and Xmas Eve, wonderful experience.

This hotel has balconies that look over the main Plaza, it is close to everything including the San Pedro markets and lots of restaurants both in the Plaza and in the surrounding streets. We had a room for three which was a bit small and crowded with three pieces of luggage to accommodate. However that was compensated for by the... More

We stayed for a total 5 nights at this fabulous hotel, the 1st night we were not very happy with our room as it was on the 4 floor with a slopping roof and was a little small. We asked if we could change and we were given a fabulous room on the 3rd floor. The staff at the hotel... More

We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip to the Sacred Valley. We found the staff exceptional. The ladies at the front desk saved our vacation by recommending a local pharmacy that provided altitude sickness medicine. The young lady in the second floor cafe was always polite and went out of her way to be helpful. The combination... More

An exceptional hotel, right in the heart of Cusco. We moved out of our travel agent-provided hotel to stay here at our additional expense and it was worth it. We did the Inca Trail and this was such a comfortable hotel to return to. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Balcony doors that opened out with very interesting view over... More

Amazing location, not very good food but Cuzco has awesome food everywhere so no big deal. Beds were super comfortable, rooftop terrace overlooks the whole square. Great night views, close to shops and restaurants. Location really can't be beat!
