Very nice, small, centrally located hotel in Cusco. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed here one night before setting out on our trip through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, and two nights on our return. The dining room looks out over the main square of Cusco with... Although my group and I were not staying there, we decided to grab some dinner at the cafe/restaurant on new years eve. It was early and we got to sit on the little balconies overlooking the plaza. The food was bland, cold, expensive and in small portions. As we were having coffee, the waitress comes over and tells us we... More

Staff friendly and professional, went out of their way to accommodate- held our luggage for two days while we went to Machu Picchu and back (without charge). Chose this hotel based on pictures of view from balcony to plaza, did not disappoint. We chose a suite and were both excited and impressed with the spacious, angular room. Loved eating on... More

Just had a wonderful stay in this lovely little hotel. After staying in a dreadful hotel on a tour in another part of Peru, we were delighted to find that this hotel was very clean, well maintained and in an outstanding position right in the centre of town. Lovey traditional, but stylish touches in the decor, no unpredictable hot water... More

The location can't be beat and the staff where efficient and friendly (apart from a stuff up in the airport connection). There is a pleasant cafe on the second floor (or first floor for Brits) with a good breakfast for Peru. However my room, although clean and comfortable could have been anywhere: white walls, no decorations of any kind, small... More

I stayed in this hotel for my stay in Cusco and then returned after my trip to Sacred Valley and Macchu Picchu. The room was spacious and clean. I got a room on a higher floor with a partial view of Plaza de Armas. For me, the location of this hotel was the reason I chose it in the first... More

Hotel was recommended by a friend from Peru. Location is perfect, but on Saturday evening it is impossible to sleep because of the noise of people partying outside. Work is being done next to the hotel, so you have noise in the evening and early morning. Room was very clean and and nice. Breakfast was GREAT with fresh juices and... More

On the plus side: fantastic location right on Plaza de Armas, comfortable king-sized bed, great walk-in shower. On the other hand, the wifi signal didn't reach our room (407), staff were fairly uninterested, and overall I don't think it was worth the price (you mainly pay for the location). Breakfast was decent, and supposedly starts at 6:00, but on the... More

Excellent hotel in the center of the center of Cuzco. Nice view on the plaza de armas (with a good breakfast on the balcony... very good moment). Very close to every types of restaurants but sufficiently not too close to avoid the noise. Very helpful and kind staff. I recommend.

Located I the central plaza in Central Cusco the location is perfect. As a single female traveller I always felt safe, staff were helpful and informative. Cafe balcony overlooks the square for a relaxing drink and food. Breakfast a bit limited but fresh. Noisy at night, particularly weekends but that is the price you pay for the location. Easy access... More
