My daughter and I stayed here for almost a week. Great location on a quiet side street only a few blocks from the main town square. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean...nice hot shower, comfortable beds. They even provide slippers and robes! Most rooms are located around a charming courtyard and fountain. We left... More

The hotel has balconies with great views. It is located close to the center of Cusco, but it is away from the bustle of it. We had a delicious breakfast. The staff was very helpful - even called a taxi service in Lima to pick us up at the airport and take us to our next hotel.

I stayed on a Friday, then traveled ti MP, then returned on Sunday. The hotel is really unique with all the little courtyards. You are really a part of the history of Cusco. I arrived at 6:30 am and they were able to get me into my room within 1 hour at no extra cost. That was really an unexpected... More

I stayed for several nights before and after hiking the Inca trail. The hotel was charming, clean and very comfortable. There was a delicious breakfast served every morning and coca tea in the lobby. The only drawback was noise from the hallway and chilly temperatures at night. The hotel was centrally located and only a few blocks from the plaza.... More

This hotel is terrific. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The grounds and architecture are beautiful. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - close to the tourist areas, but not right in the middle. I highly recommend it.

This is such a charming hotel! The courtyard in the middle is just lovely, and so is the lounge in front. We emailed ahead of time to ask for a room that opens to the courtyard. They said they did not have any left but would try to set us up with a nice room. We stayed here for 3... More

No elevator but lots of help with luggage. We got the deluxe rooms. Upside: view, above courtyard so quiet. My matrimonial room was very large, my sister and niece dbl and twin room was next door and not so large. (307 and 308 I think). Heat in room but I never used as heat travels up (get heat from those... More

Top Five Things I Liked - The rooms facing the courtyard are enormous - The courtyards (and terrace) are adorable - The breakfast is awesome -- fresh fruit, eggs, awesome pastries... - There's a cozy fireplace and sitting area in the lobby - It's clean, charming, and very comfortable

We loved our stay at Rumi Punku. The location can't really be beat for going around town: very close to the main plaza, San Blas, and also a short (uphill) walk to the local ruins. The staff was extremely helpful: they picked us up from the airport and got our rooms ready early. We split our stay up over three... More

Located just a few short blocks from the Plaza de Armas, this hotel was wonderful and the perfect location / base for our travels in the Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Pichu area. They are experts at having travels stay and trek off to other areas and return and will hold and watch your bags while you are traveling in... More
