Had two different rooms. One night then onto Inca Trail 2D/1N. The hotel staff is very used to this and have an efficient system so you do not have to move your luggage, then upon returning the bags were placed in the new room. I liked the second room stay as I had a courtyard view thus no street noise.... More

We stayed here for 6 nights spread across 3 visits in between visits to Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca. It really began to feel like home. The service from the staff was very good. They held luggage and laundry for us each time we left and the transition there was smooth as could be. Many times we asked them for... More

Loved this hotel and the incan influence with decorations. Staff was attentive and made our stay great. Breakfast wasn't bad but more selections earlier in the morning. Definitely recommend this hotel. I would like to return to cusco and would return here

The hotel retains an original Incan door. Stepping through the door, you will think that you have been transported to a Spanish hacienda, with its gracious interior courtyards. We had room 310, on the third (top) floor, a very spacious triple with a separate seating area. The room looked out over the rooftops of Cusco. Although earplugs were provided, we... More

While the hotel was beautiful, the barking dog all night was horrible. Did the hotel know about it? Yes, they did because they provided ear plugs in the room. I so looking forward to my stay here, but unfortunately got zero sleep at night. Disappointing. P.S. The dog doesn't bark during the day, just at night. The dog sleeps during... More

We were here for five nights, over three different stays as we passed in/out of Cusco and found the location between the Plaza de Armas and San Blas really convenient and quiet. The hotel and its various courtyards create a wonderful atmosphere with many peaceful and secluded spots to sit out in the fresh air and recover from climbing steps... More

Nice adequate clean rooms, charming courtyards and good breakfast each morning. Close enough but at the same time insulated from the hustle of Cusco. Especially impressed with how they handled the small details - storing and/or moving luggage to a new room without a worry on my part. Arranging massages and knowledgable cab drivers when I needed one and handling... More

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and were overall very happy with this hotel. The rooms overlook courtyards and are clean with firm mattresses. We stayed for 3 nights in room 210 on the first part of our trip and for 1 night in room 205 before heading back to Lima. Room 210 was much larger but... More

My friends & I stayed at Hotel Rumi Punku for 4 nights in May and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect about this hotel. They picked us up from the airport and provided a high level of service throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was included every day and it was delicious.
