My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Rumi Punku in Cusco. We had come up from sea level and after walking around Cusco for the morning were exhausted and so we enjoyed this quiet hotel. The showers were great and plenty of hot water. Lovely roof top gardens to sit in and a constant supply of coco tea. Plentiful... More

The Hotel Rumi Punku was excellent, and if I ever get back to Cuzco I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The atmosphere is very relaxed and hospitality good. The rooms were very comfortable but were a bit lacking in cupboards / storage space. The position is very convenient for the town and some good basic restaurants.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic, a short walk to San Blas or the main square. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made our experience there great. They picked us up from the hotel for free which is a nice touch in an unknown city. The breakfast is also good. They also had good... More

We stayed at this hotel in March 2015. The hotel is about 10 min walk to the main square in Cusco. The hotel has a few restaurants, convenience stores, a pharmacy and a few laundry shops close by located in the same alleyway. The hotel is three floors, but has no elevator. We were given a room on thr 3rd... More

Dear Guest Thank you for taking your time to write a review about the hotel service. The Hotel is located in Cusco downtown (Old part) and because it used to be an Inka house and then a Colonial house it is not allowed to have elevators because unfortunatelly we didn't get the authorization to install them to respect the original... We stayed in room 402 at this hotel for four nights last week. This particular room is located beside a semi-private terrace with a fantastic view of Cusco and the hillside. The room was comfortable, and the fridge conveniently had fairly priced bottled water. The only negative about our room was the odd smell of the bathroom, but that was... More

Perfect location for strolling through the streets of Cusco. The hotel is a little gem on a side street of Calle Choquechaca. Old Spanish Villa architecture. The hotel representatives are so warm and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Nice little roof top seating area. Breakfast dining room is very casual and a buffet style healthy meal. The... More

We stayed here 4 nights, 2 nights when we first arrived in Cusco and then 2 more nights when we came back from Puno. The location is just back from the main square and close to the main sites. Our room was great and breakfast was excellent. Would def recommend.

We stayed at Rumi Punku hotel back in November 2013 for 3 nights and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if they are planning to go on the 3 or 4 day hikes to Machu Pichu or elsewhere. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town but not far from the Plaza which means all... More

This was the best hotel we stayed in whilst in Peru. The location is great, service fantastic and we couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in this hotel for a total of 4 nights with 3 nights before the Lares Trek and 1 night after. Breakfast is fresh with a good selection.
