My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in late July/early August. The rooms are nice. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a garden. Breakfasts are very nice and the hotel staff is helpful. The only negatives are that 1) there is frequently low level noise from other guests and/or nearby locations--a rooster crowing, dogs barking, construction work, etc.... More

Even though the hotel is near the main plaza, it is quiet. They even put in a sign in each room telling people to be quiet at night. Decor is a nice colonial design with interior courtyards and wooden balconies.

This hotel is charming, clean and comfortable. This was the nicest place we stayed during our two weeks in Peru. We stayed here just after our hike on the Inca Trail. They were happy to store our luggage for a few days while we hiked so our things were there when we checked in. There were chocolates on our pillows,... More

My friends and I stayed in a spacious triple room here in Cusco for four nights. The hotel is so lovely and homey-feeling. The courtyard is gorgeous, and I love that the rooms felt personal. We chewed coca leaves and drank coca tea that the hotel offered. The breakfast was nice every morning, especially the beautiful fruit. We stayed 3... More

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location to the main sites in Cuzco. It's also close to a number of nice restaurants. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is super nice. They also have a decent breakfast. It's an ideal option for 2-3 day trip to Cuzco.

I spent some time at this hotel back in February and was more then pleased by their services. We had booked this hotel with our Karikuy Tours package and it was a great recommendation by the travel company. It is not noisy at least while we were there, the breakfast was filling and the service was what it should have... More

The staff and accommodations could not have been better for for our family of four to get ready and then unwind from our 9 day trek to Choquequirao - Vitcos - Machu Picchu. Of particular joy were the buffet breakfasts and the many terraces to soak up sun and relax. Can't go wrong staying with Rumi Punku!

What a lovely hotel it was. Just minutes from the Plaza. Rooms were very clean. Upon my visit to Machu Picchu, they stowed my luggage. Did not eat the breakfasts, so cannot comment on the food. No reason to use the mini-bar in the room if you do not wish to, as there are a couple of stores on the... More

First - the decor and architecture of the hotel are amazing! It's probably in an original Spanish-style building from more than a hundred years ago and so charming! Second - the staff were very nice and helpful - they got us a very early taxi to Urubamba at a price lower than we've heard from other people. Third - the... More

My friends and I (group of 7 total) recently stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Rumi Punku in Cusco. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional and spoke great English. They were helpful in making dinner reservations and recommending sight-seeing in the area. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations and the common room... More
