Rumi Punku is a very nice hotel located quite few blocks from Plaza de Armas. We stayed at the top floor and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok, though they can improve, twice it happened that they were shortage of bananas and croisants. Regarding staff I couldn't figure out if they were shy or just indiferent....

I had the pleasure of spending three nights in this establishment. Everything was as close to perfect as could be. The hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a nice business center open 24 hours. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and very high-quality.
