Even before I arrived the hotel staff was extremely helpful. They arranged a taxi to meet me at the airport and when I told them I was traveling with my bicycle they made sure the taxi would be able to accommodate that. I arrived to a very warm welcome, which I particularly appreciated after a long flight with several connections.... more

We just completed a week long vacation in Cusco Peru. I found this hotel from Trip Advisor and the experience certainly exceeded our expectations. The staff are very polite and professional, they are very helpful when we asked for any advises or help. hotel situated only few blocks from the main square, which is very convent, and it is also... more

Cusco is swamped with hotels and you could do better. But the service was good, as was breakfast, and they looked after our bags whilst we were at Macchu Picchu for a couple of days. Nowhere much to sit outside. Random, but annoying - noisy fridges (oh, and hard beds). more

Great location away from hustle and bustle, but comfortable slightly uphill walk from the central square in Cusco. Staff was very helpful. Breakfasts were good, but rather repetitive. Extremely good value for a somewhat overpriced city. The accomodations were excellent - nice old residence converted. more

My friends and I took an adventure trip to Peru and chose to stay at Hotel Rumi Punku and it was the best choice we made the entire trip. The comforts of home were there to greet us when we arrived after 24 hours of travel and were there again to greet us when we returned from the 4 day... more

Rumi is a comfortable option in Cusco. The location in unbeatable.. the street is very quiet but down the hill at the end of the same street are great eating options and lots of 'life'. By staying at Rumi you can easily enjoy the nightlife and walk home. We loved Graja Heidi about 3 mins walk and also Inka..Fe Restaurant... more

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in for overall guest experience. The hotel is very comfy, well furnished and spotlessly clean; plus all the staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and helpful. The whole place is relaxed and welcoming. During the time I was in and around Cusco, I stayed at the... more

Rooms were small, dark and very noisy. Price was definitely too much for Cusco and I found that the staff was not really accommodating. We booked a short tour that was suppose to include entry tickets (like EVERY other tour like that) but once we got to the first stop we found our we had to pay. The tour was... more

Hotel is located up the hill for the Plaza de Armas but a great location near San Blas and restaurants and services. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and pleasant It was very easy to arrange for transportation to sights and even out of town. more
