We stayed at The Ninos three times during our visit to Peru. The courtyard is lovely and the desk staff is mostly very good. The rooms are simple but clean and adequate and the price is definitely right. We stayed in several rooms - the best was the Amalcare (back right corner on the second floor). Large and light-filled, it's... More

Nice little hotel at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and functional. The staff was hospitable. and the food was wonderful. The one thing potential visitors need to be aware of however is the fact that in peru....things move slowly and you are not gushed over. You need to wait, and understand that life moves slowly here. The Internet died... More

This hotel was great! They picked us up from the airport by a fella named John. John was also a travel agent. While we waited for our room to be ready he sat with us in the hotel cafe and help arrange out Macchu Picchu details. We had taxi's, train and bus details sorted in less than an hour and... More

Rooms are clean and offer all the basics. Dining room has a wood fire burning all day and excellent meals. Their reading section is splendid, reflecting their solid clientele. Staff is friendly and location close enough to the action. Dutch lady that runs it feeds lots of local kids daily at one of the branches. Money spent supports a benevolent... More

This hotel offers many pluses. This is your chance to stay in an old colonial mansion with a sunny interior courtyard which is a great place to relax after a busy day around Cusco. By staying there, you will help a good cause as it is run by a Dutch NGO that serves children. It offers an excellent location: it... More

We loved our stay at Ninos. We used this hotel as our starting point for 3 separate nights on our recent trip to Peru. We would check in, spend one night, store our luggage, come back and so on over the course of a week. What a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was our saving grace. We were all so tired... More

This hostel has a beautiful courtyard with clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The attached restaurant is pricey compared to other places in the area, but the food is delicious and the ambiance is great. The location of this hotel is also quiet since it's a bit of a walk to the main... More

It is a pretty hotel in the common areas, but the rooms are small (which is standard in Peru). We arrived for check in, and were told that they were running late and our room wouldn't be ready for an hour, we came back in an hour, and they said it would another half hour, we came back in an... We stayed in Ninos Hotel for two nights. The room was very large and comfortable. The shower was always hot. No windows, no tv but nice clean room. The room was $55.00 a night and four people could have stayed in the room. Private bathroom. We sent our laundry out and it returned the same day for about $9.00. The... More

Certainly a boutique hotel and well decorated. The restaurant is a nice touch....the fireplace is attractive on the chilly mornings. The coffee is good. The rooms were nice, particularly the rooms facing the street. Very clean. Good wifi. The only issue that gave me any concern was the lack of smoke detectors and trying to plan an alternative way out... More
