This was a wonderful hotel! The location for us was ideal because it was a short walk to the popular square where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants! The tour worthy churches are also right there and they really are something to see. Wow!! The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. The staff was friendly and the rooms were... More

This hotel has a great location and is within walking distance to most attractions in Cusco. The front desk was very helpful with any problems that we had. Avoid rooms that face the street as traffic is very loud and goes on throughout the night.

The hotel was quite good. Check in was fast. Check out was at 8.30 am though the reception girls allowed me to stay till 10 am. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In the room, the bed was quite ok. There was only a room heater and no air con. For most it would be ok,but for me even if its... More

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your comment and for sharing your experience with us. We are very happy that you enjoyed the hotel staff, their effectiveness, the breakfast and the room. You mentioned that you missed air conditioning in the room; this observation is quite new for us since it is never too warm in Cusco. We appreciate... More

This is a nice hotel located just a few minutes from the main square of Cusco – Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. We had several technical problems in the bathroom, and most were dealt with promptly. The lobby staff seemed somewhat indifferent, although on our second day, we met Marta, who seemed sincerely interested in taking... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights either side of walking the Inca Trail. The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the main square in the historical part of the city. Check in was fairly straight forward considering we were a group of 24 people all arriving together. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was... More

This hotel is a short walk from the plaza in Cusco. Many restaurants were nearby. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We stayed here before and after our trip to Aguas Calientes and Macchu Picchu. They willingly stored our luggage until we returned. Breakfast was included with our rate. It was served early enough to catch early flights and trains.... More

We stayed two nights: on our way to Machu Picchu and on our return. We were then allocated in different rooms: one was very small with a tiny bathroom and the other was regular size. Also, in one of the rooms the wi-fi worked really well, the other not so much. We were lucky with the noise, both rooms weren't... More

We arrived in Cuzco Peru a couple days prior to going to Machu Picchu so we could acclimate the altitude. (11,000 ft above sea level) This is quite a height if you come from a place sea level. We checked in and were told that we had a room at the back of the hotel. I wasn't thrilled with this... More

The El Dorado San Agustin was our favorite by far. We were 3 women in one room and the triple was spacious, very comfortable beds (all double size); shower great, and space for all of our luggage and an area with a mirror outside of the bathroom to allow for makeup, hair, etc. The included breakfast was extensive. Always cocoa... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can't beat how close it is to so many great restaurants, the center of Cusco and surrounding ruins. The hotel is decent and your average three start hotel. The rooms are very basic, as are the bathrooms. We had an issue with our safe and it took several days to... More
