It is a nice and well located hotel. The staff was really nice. The first time I stayed here I didn't like the room, because it was too small. When I came back from Aguas Calientes I stayed in a much better room, more spacious and comfortable.

Rooms are spacious and so are the beds but nothing special in general. What makes this hotel a Plus is the extremely helpful staff which will be able to advise you and solve all your problems in a calm relaxed way that will set you in a good mood for the rest of the day.

We absolutely adored this quaint little hotel in our favorite town Cusco. The staff were lovely, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the style of the hotel was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was enough! I loved the fact that there was freshly brewed coco tea available to help combat... More

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas which was extremely convenient. There is a restaurant inside which serves breakfast included with your reservation. Overall, the rooms were standard for a 3-star hotel but the main recurring problem we had were with towels. They were repeatedly forgetting or shorting us on our towels. Noise was another... More

We couldn't thank enough the staff of the hotel who arranged our luggage to be brought from another El Dorado hotel to this hotel ( they have 2 hotels almost the same name), we couldn't carry it anymore because of the high altitude, I was breathless & nearly need an oxygen but thank God, I was ok after a little... The location is very central where you can walk to the main square and enjoy every nice thing to do in Cuzco. The hotel is on a old building very well maintained which gives a different and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are very good, nice beds and bathroom.

The hotel lobby has a somewhat dated, though warm, touch. Had two stays separated by two days when we went to Machu Picchu. The hotel stored our bags. Rooms were fine - the second stay yielded one that was quite spectacular. The staff at the reception did not want to be bothered - they were certainly not rude, but did... More

We stay for two nights than we arrived to Peru and before we hike the Inca Trail. Good rooms, great breakfest and a very good location! But, than we come back from the Inca Trail, for two more nights at the hotel, it was impossible to found our booking. The stuff in the reception was not so helpful and instead... More

Stayed at this hotel with Gate1 tour, so don't know the price charged per night. This hotel had a great location. Walked everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Only advise: try to get a room away from elevators, since the hallways were noisy.
