We arrived in Cuzco Peru a couple days prior to going to Machu Picchu so we could acclimate the altitude. (11,000 ft above sea level) This is quite a height if you come from a place sea level. We checked in and were told that we had a room at the back of the hotel. I wasn't thrilled with this... More

The El Dorado San Agustin was our favorite by far. We were 3 women in one room and the triple was spacious, very comfortable beds (all double size); shower great, and space for all of our luggage and an area with a mirror outside of the bathroom to allow for makeup, hair, etc. The included breakfast was extensive. Always cocoa... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can't beat how close it is to so many great restaurants, the center of Cusco and surrounding ruins. The hotel is decent and your average three start hotel. The rooms are very basic, as are the bathrooms. We had an issue with our safe and it took several days to... More

THis hotel have a modern look and an exceptional location just in front of Koricamcha garden and church of St Dominiqe (temple of sun) service is good but overall material used here seems cheap : a minimal noise isolation from the window when u have a room overlooking the temple (that's nice) but also benefiting of this noisy avenue (day... We stayed here as part of a package...if I'd been booking myself, I think I probably would have found this place a little overpriced with a rack rate of almost us$180 per room. The location is very good, less than 10 minutes walk to basically everything in Cusco. The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms are fairly standard, but... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night before our Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu and for one night after. The hotel was beautiful, there was a nice breakfast buffet, the rooms were sizable with nice showers and beds and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel if you're going to be... More

It could be better...the location was OK. The room has smells, not clean. I wish I had better place to stay. First night we had a worst room which sleeps terrible and asked to change next day. There was a construction going on middle of the night we couldn't sleep enough.( we had 1 double, 1 triple room) .

This hotel end up giving us a better room after we complain to be put into the "forgotten" room. The new room is smaller than the original one, but much cleaner, bed is harder, TV is bigger and have hair drier at bathroom. Breakfast is good and even change the menu every day. Location is pretty good, in the middle... More

We check in at 8:00pm, no one told us where to eat breakfast or so...waiting for check in over 10mins. Then the room is totally different than you saw at website. Old dirty carpet and bathroom. Also no wifi unless you sit at fron of your room door way. I went to ask the service then said maybe tomorrow could... More
