I stayed two nights in Cuzco with my sister and we just loved the hotel. The property is well kept and clean, the service is outstanding and the location can't be beat. I would certainly recommend the Picoaga Hotel to anyone that wants to enjoy Cuzco for a few days. The hotel also works with a fantastic tour operator (Travel... more

We stayed at the Hotel Picoaga both before and after walking the Inca Trail. Fantastic Place! The front desk was accomodating to all requests. We were met upon check in with a level personal service that was of high quality. The facilities were charming and restful with the location being excellent. If we go back to Cusco, we will stay... more

Overall OK but avoid the food in the restaurant if the can, the "chef" forgot to stuff the raviolli and the breakfasts where a bit dull and repetitive. The old quarter rooms seem best but the newer ones feel like you're in the engine room of a boat. more

Dear Guest: I am very sorry for the bad time at our restaurant. Our chef informed us that the ravioli you ordered were not properly stuffed. I can assure you that this was a rare case, but unfortunately happened. Our daily breakfast buffet is constantly renewed with selection of fresh juices, breads, eggs, etc. But comments like yours, are important...

The old section of the Picoaga is the ONLY way to go, larger rooms with high ceilings. The hotel was convenient, clean, and the staff was wonderful. They were very friendly, welcomed us back after the Inca trail with warm hugs and handshakes. They were also very helpful and accommodating. The newer section accommodations though comfortable, leave a lot to... more

Excellent experience. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is a combination of Spanish Conquista charm with modern conveniences. We stayed here on our way to Machu Picchu, and on our way back through on the way to Lake Titicaca. The service was pleasant and willing to please. Check in was effortless with no delays.... more

It was a very nice hotel very well located: only one block from the Plaza de Armas, where everything happens. The staff was especially nice, always pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very beautiful with an inner garden and very tasteful decorations on the lobby and lounge and also on the rooms. The breakfast was also very good. They have... more

When I originally starting looking for accommodations in Cusco, I was frustrated to find that many of the hotels we wanted to stay at were not available during our stay in Cusco. I must have spent hours and hours online trying to find other good options, when I came upon the reviews for this hotel on tripadvisor. Although the reviews... more

We spent 3 nights in Cuzco. The hotel was very comfortable, cozy, but, above all, the service was great. Everytime I called room service asking for amenities or just water they arrived in less than 2 minutes!!! I have never experienced such incredible service before. Well. yes. It is comparable in service to the Ritz Carlton in Cancun. All the... more
