I loved this hotel, the staff, service and the food was incredible. There was only one problem, the staff apparently uses paint thinner as a disinfectant to clean the batherooms. The smell in combination with the altitude is a potent mix that especially made my wife and daughter feel even more sick. The staff was very accomodating and changed us... more

The Picoaga is all you could want ... affordable, convenient, and beautiful. It has an hacienda feel, with a lovely little courtyard and a very pleasant staff. It's an easy walk to the central square as well. more

Specially in the old area of this great Hotel. Very cared service in marvellous rooms, ideal to begin the knowledge of great Cusco. Sure we will come... more

After reading all the reviews here I was really excited about our stay at Hotel Picoaga. I found it to be just alright. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location was great and the staff were good not great. I believe we were in the older part of the hotel and the rooms were a bit dated. That being... more

Our three day saty in Picoaga was marvelous. Great location, good service at reception, friendly staff and the breakfast was one of the best we had in our vacation. It is very close to Plaza de Armas and near all the hot spots in town. more

Just spent 2 days at the Hotel Picoaga, Cuzco. A very comfortable hotel in a charming cobbled street and only a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. Try the older Colonial part of the hotel with its high ceilings and amazing courtyard. For a great tour of the city take Le Tren....for about 15 solos you get an hour... more

Location was excellent! Walking distance to everything. We stayed in the Colonial (older section), which was real quiet. If you get a room on the street side, ask for a different room. Anthony was very helpful and spoke very good English. Breakfast was typical, it was included with the room. Try the local cereals (can't remember the names) with hot... more

We were a family of 5 adults, requiring 3 rooms. Selected this hotel based on reviews and found it outstanding. They upgraded our rooms on first end of stay, we took a trip to the Amazon and upon return we had our room upgraded to a large suite. Impeccable service, the bar staff stayed open after hours one evening and... more
