Nice hotel for a short stay in Cusco. It is comfortable. Rooms are big enough. There are family room big enough to accommodate 3 queen size bed. Bathroom with bath only. All very clean. Breakfast good. Check in fast. Did not try the restaurant.

Great place. A niece room. It is quite close to the main square of Cuzco and near to everything. The service is fine and the breakfast is good. They offer coca te all the time and really helps at 11000 feet high

After staying at some superior properties throughout our vacation through Peru, we were expecting much more out of this property!! Upon arrival at reception, I knew that I had made a mistake and should've continued our stays at higher end properties. Staff upon arrival wasn't the most welcoming or friendly, hot tea was ICE COLD Teas, and than we were... More

We appreciate your feedback , our double and triple rooms have double beds , we do not have small beds. We are always concerned about providing the best service , we regret the inconvenience and are sure to serve them better when they return to Cusco. Thank you! More

This place was small and quaint and just a really good time with mom! They can arrange tours and you can buy some souvenirs onsite from a woman in the picture, she was great. She even brought two baby llamas for us to pet one day. I really like this my mom enjoyed, she's more low key older just wanted... More

We stayed at the Costa del Sol Ramada Cusco for about 5 nights during our honeymoon, over two different visits to the area. Both times, the accommodation was luxurious, comfortable, and convenient. The restaurant on site had excellent breakfast buffet, one of the best of our extended visit through Peru. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel near everything in Cusco. It may not be a actual five star hotel but with the price, location, and quality of the hotel I couldn't have asked for more. The courtyard is a great spot to sit and have a drink anytime or just relax a little before you walk around again.

I went to spend holidays with a group of friends. It was definitely not as we were expecting. 1) Staff in reception were not so helpful and committed with clients. In fact, one of them was rude and sarcastic. 2) One of the rooms we paid in advance was "matrimonial", moreover they gave us twin bedroom. Just when we complained... More

Small basic room and poor view over rooftops. Better maybe onto their nice little courtyard. Resturant expensive and good. Helpful staff with luggage and check in. Great location 1.5 blocks from the Main Plaza de Armas. They helped me park my Motorcycle in the service entrance, safe and secure. Nice common areas with fireplace and lots of room. As always at... We appreciate your comments indeed have rooms overlooking the roof, the same as where we can see the Cathedral of Cusco at the Plaza de Armas, and also we have rooms overlooking the internal courtyard . Thank you very much for your comments and hope to have their preference . Happy Holidays! More

We spent our second night in Cusco and had a superior room with a king bed and a large and nice room. Unfortunately the room was on the ground floor and therefore very noisy from 5am when clients start to leave with their luggage . Our kids had a standard room at the back which was less charming but less... More

This hotel is in a excellent location, walking distance to many attractions. The courtyard is nice with decor. However, the room and bathroom are small and out of date. Breakfast was decent but dinner was okay,
