The service and attention at the Costa del Sol Ramada is at a high level. We arrived the in the evening before our excursion to hike the Inca Trail. Breakfast was open by 430am to accommodate the early departures and they hold your luggage until you return. The layout of the hotel is impressive with a beautiful courtyard. The restaurant... More

This is the only hotel which charged for the bottled water when the traveler was told not to drink the Lima water. I was on a 2 week South American trip (Galapagos & Machu Picchu). All the other hotels provided bottled water except this. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty. My wife showed the glass to the concierge and... More

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and courtyard but our room was rather bland. Although not interesting, our room was clean and had all the amenities expected at this class of hotel. Our window had no view whatsoever. The room was very quiet, especially given the festivities in the area on the nights of our stay. A basic buffet breakfast... More

Excellent location and very central for Cusco. The Hotel staff were very helpful and they even provided a free airport shuttle which was a lovely touch. The Hotel itself is a lovely old building dating back to the 17th century.

We picked this hotel due to its prime location right in downtown Cuzco, just a couple minutes walk to the main plaza. We arrived just after noon, and the staff insisted we fill out paperwork, before we could even catch our breath. I felt confused and wasn't sure if they understood that I already had a reservation or not. There... More

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The hotel is very central and close to the Plaza de Armas. Laundry service very quick and efficient.

My family and I stayed at the Ramada for two nights after coming down from Macchu Picchu. The staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. The ground are beautiful - especially the typical mansion like courtyard at the front of the hotel. A highlight for the kids was definitely the live-in lamb who keeps the courtyard grass mowed! The rooms... More

We stayed at the hotel for two nights - one of which was New Years - the restaurant next door who already had loud music the night before until 10.30 PM had a DJ and band playing New Years Eve - well the music didn't stop until 5 AM!!! The room felt like we had a Bose sound system inside... More

Warm welcome by staff upon arrival and throughout our stay. We stayed here two nights at the beginning of our holiday and another night on the way back after Machu Picchu. There is a lot to do in Cusco and we wish we could have stayed abit longer. Check in was efficient and luggage was delivered promptly to our room.... More

What a disappointment. The hotel is well located and has a bit of charm. But we had very bad experiences with the staff. First we arrive at the check-in… The employee: “check-in?” without looking at me - I reply:”yes” - Him:”passport”… still looking at his screen. I mentioned to him I did not appreciate the way he was talking to... More
