Great location about a block and a half from the central plaza. Quite a historic building. Stayed here for 2 nights (Room 126) ; really nice room - ground floor opening onto the centre courtyard, room quite large and well appointed ... quite amusing being woken by a lamb bleating in the courtyard. This room and fit-out I would rate... More

We stayed here most of a week, leaving for one night to go to Machu Picchu, then returning to the same room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to the matrimonial suite, a spacious room on the first floor (room 123) with a super-comfy king-sized bed and a tile-covered bathroom almost as big as the bedroom. The room rate included... More

We stayed here for two nights, then left for Machu Picchu for two days, then returned for another two night stay. The place has many positives. First, the location was very convenience, we were about three blocks from the main square. Second, the hotel and rooms were very nice, roomy. For our first two nights, we had a room at... More

We stayed here for three nights. The first two nights we were on the second floor of the old building. Our room was large and beautiful. The last night we stayed in the new part of the hotel. Our room was a bit smaller, but quieter. The hotel is an old mansion and very special. It is located a block... More

After a flight to the Amazon was cancelled, our carrier (Avianca) put us up in Costa del Sol for a night, and it almost made up for our missed night of adventures in the Amazon. The room was great, wifi was reliable, and the meals in the restaurant were excellent. The highlight was the pisco sours, which our man in... More

The pictures do not do this hotel justice. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. I loved the courtyard and the staff is friendly. Food is good too! The hotel is just a short distance to the Plaza del Armas too!

The service and attention at the Costa del Sol Ramada is at a high level. We arrived the in the evening before our excursion to hike the Inca Trail. Breakfast was open by 430am to accommodate the early departures and they hold your luggage until you return. The layout of the hotel is impressive with a beautiful courtyard. The restaurant... More

This is the only hotel which charged for the bottled water when the traveler was told not to drink the Lima water. I was on a 2 week South American trip (Galapagos & Machu Picchu). All the other hotels provided bottled water except this. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty. My wife showed the glass to the concierge and... More

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and courtyard but our room was rather bland. Although not interesting, our room was clean and had all the amenities expected at this class of hotel. Our window had no view whatsoever. The room was very quiet, especially given the festivities in the area on the nights of our stay. A basic buffet breakfast... More

Excellent location and very central for Cusco. The Hotel staff were very helpful and they even provided a free airport shuttle which was a lovely touch. The Hotel itself is a lovely old building dating back to the 17th century.
