Excellent hotel. We spent several nights there and would have liked to stay longer. The hotel is well located close to the main tourist areas. This is quite a big and spread out hotel and is beautifully decorated throughout. Rooms were very spacious with a nice comfortable king bed but we did find the bathrooms quite small. Staff were very... More

My favorite part (outside of the extremely plush beds) of this hotel was walking the halls of this incredible colonial building, passing the multiple Spanish courtyards. There was always coca tea and hot water in the luxurious lobby, which was a great place to take your iPad to do a quick email/news check. Outside of the history, the staff was... More

We stayed in this hotel from 30 aug to 1sep, and we loved this hotel. It's beautiful, staff are attentive and well versed in English. We had a dedicated ambassador Victor who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was awesome. We were served by Elio, who knows a lot about where we came from, which gave a familiar touch.... More

With long, busy days exploring Cusco and Machu Picchu, the rooms at Palacio del Inka and the warm welcome from staff, are a welcome respite from the busy tourist hub of Plaza del Armas. I spent three nights here and loved every minute. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my every need was met. The wait staff... More

Machu Picchu is on almost everyone's bucket list, and we couldn't have found a better hotel from which to trek there. Palacio del Inka is luxurious, while still retaining a quaint, local feel. The décor is wonderful, the staff first-rate, and you're only minutes from Cusco. It's pricey, but worth every penny, particularly for a romantic getaway.

This was an absolutely beautiful property. The food was exquisite. the staff was so personable and attentive. We will stay there again in the future. We had a anniversary dinner that was perfect. The wine pairings and the gourmet presentation was perfect. We loved everything. Many thanks to the staff as there were some that took special care of us.... More

Stayed here 2 wonderful nights with my brother and his wife while touring local Quechua sites. Great facilities, excellent service and good food & drinks. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a good hotel in a central location in Cuzco.

Our family of four spent two nights here on our way back from Machu Picchu. I can not say enough good things about this hotel! As we arrived we were welcomed by Roger who could not have been more professional and made our check-in extremely smooth! He upgraded one of our rooms to a suite and included breakfast since we... Excellent service, beautiful old school decor, food and bar impeccable, and a really great location. No criticism whatsoever.. and the breakfast patio.. wow! Its the perfect place to stay for a change from the more backpacker setting of Cusco.

This nice hotel is at the top of the list. Our third visit to Cusco and first time at Palacio del Inca. Hosts are extremelly well trained and courteous. The breakfast variety is based on typical and american menu. Be assured of its cleanliness on all public areasand rooms. Highly satisfied.
