They call it luxury but after paying high price you have to go to lobby to check emails. Password changes everyday and still internet does not work. I paid for some apps but due to slow speed could not download whole night. Overpriced.

Truly a 5 star experience. Everything is top notch at this property. Every single employee speaks to you in the hallways, in the lobby, whether you are coming in or going out, everyone greets you. When you ask for directions for anyplace in the hotel, they insist on walking you there! The customer service is exemplary in every way. The... More

The hotel was created from what was once an Inkan temple in Cusco. A beautifully decorated interior allows the hotel to stay true to the old Inkan style -- with a warmth and character that is very appealing. There are some long stone hallways leading to the dining room areas that are elegant and well appointed. Our room, a suite,... More

Terrific location across from Inka temple and short walk to main square. Excellent bfast (both buffet and traditional menu). Spacious rooms. Small but adequate gym. Friendly staff. All around good choice for exploring Cusco and as Sacred Valley home base.

Nice place in heart of Cuzco. No discript from outside but charming and warm from outside. Excellent customer service. Quite spacious room. Dining was quite super. Unfortunately we had to keep our room window closed or the alley it over looked would bring in choking car exhausted fumes which emissions regulations has not yet been mandated municipally. Otherwise excellent.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel, and as gold members we were upgraded to a suite. The suites were modern and spacious. The best part of the hotel is the staff; everyone was helpful and friendly. I echo a previous reviewer's comments that Darcy was a wonderful bartender. We had piscos made by him, and in the evening we... More

We stayed here in Cusco either side of our Inka trail trek. Great hotel and excellent value. Location: Very central in Cusco, a 10 min walk to main square and opposite one of the best visitor attractions: Qorikancha. Hotel: is very nice design, with free wifi in lobby and (coaca) tea/coffee station as well. One of the best hotels under... More

We stayed here for 3+1N, enroute to our Inca Trail trek, and we enjoyed our stay very much except for the check in. Checking in was a pain, and it took almost 15 minutes, other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location - It is just next to the Qurikancha with the Convent of Santo Domingo above, the must... More

This is what I consider a five star hotel should be. Palacio Del Inka has a great location, very clean rooms, spotless clean lobby, bar and restaurant. When we arrived by private taxi from OllantayTambo, the concierge did not just stand at the doors but greeted us near the taxi and took care of our things. Two other concierge and... More

We just returned from our trip to Peru and our one night stay at the Palacio del Inka. The lobby is beautiful, they offer you Coca tea while they get your reservation details in order, the staff was so helpful and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, easy walking to the main square. Rooms were very quiet! The breakfast buffet... More
