In the middle of beautiful Cusco, I truly thought nothing could rival the natural surroundings but the Palacio Del Inka was an absolutely grand and breath taking experience. Just as gorgeous as it is well run, the service here is 5 star as is the food, cleanliness and graciousness. Our server at lunch, Edson, could not have been more helpful,... More

This hotel is just perfect. The architecture is a combination of Inca and Spanish colonial. It is actually an archeological site! The chief concierge Carlos Fernandez Baca took care of us as if we were royalty. We booked a standard room, however upon arrival we were given three choices of upgrade! We chose the senior suite with its grand colonial... More

Due to a train strike we had to stay in Cuzco for an extra night . The service was tops room was good and meals were excellent. A short walk away from the main square but still close to the centre. A lot to see and do in the area.

The Palacio de Inka was absolutely wonderful. We went for our honeymoon this month and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch (some of the best service i've ever had in my many travels). Everything was seamless from the beginning to end of our stay. We were upgraded to an unbelievable Suite upon arrival (I'm a Gold SPG member and... More

I had walked by this hotel on previous trips to Cusco and always wished to stay there. It did not fail my expectations. Rooms were large and beautiful, staff was attentive and friendly and everything about our stay was wonderful. I can heartily recommend the hotel restaurant; both for the included breakfast and other meals. Cusco is a fascinating city... More

This is a top notch hotel that captures the charm and history of Cuzco, the old Inca capital so well. Imagine listening to El Condor Pasa played on an Andean harp while enjoying a fine breakfast spread, sitting amidst stone columns overlooking a picturesque courtyard with beautiful flowers? And with impeccable service to boot. That was the welcome we received... More

Not only is the Hotel beautiful but the service is simply extraordinary. The food is wonderful and very reasonably priced - it is a great spot to sightsee from and to come back to when you need a rest from the altitude.

This place is awesome! The place has great history, beauty, and magic. This place feels like you have gone back in time and you're in your own palace. The staff is great and really go above and beyond. The rooms are magical. The food is wonderful and the hotel is very accommodating with food changes. I was recovering from food... More

Very beautiful property with ancient and classic touch near very historical place, 5 minutes from Plaza de Armas. Inside the property was amazing, very beautifully designed and renovated. Inside the hotel was really beautiful and gave charming atmosphere of colonial age. All the painting in the wall were beautiful. . The room was really comfortable, just different from all other... We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a tour group - having previously stayed for two nights at the Casa Andina Private Collection hotel which was located over the road from our bedroom window. It met all our expectations of a hotel of this quality - helpful and friendly staff, large nicely furnished rooms with comfortable... More
