From the moment you step in front of the door you're greeted and warmly welcomed. The hotel is a beautifully decorated ancient hacienda with antique elegant touches. The rooms are large with top quality materials, and the bed and bathroom are very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet has an excellent choice of fruits, breads, meats, cheeses and cereals. Some tables... More

We stayed here several nights before and 1 night after a trek to Machu Picchu. From the minute you step into the hotel you are extremely well treated. Check in was handled for us while we had some tea. Our room was really nice with a view of a courtyard. It had very nice amenities, comparable with very high end... More

Beautiful colonial building, extremely well decorated, sumptuous buffet breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Very spacious en-suite room, attentive service. Just opposite the Temple of the Sun, in the historic center. Refined and luxurious. Should offer free wifi as most high class hotels in peru do it.

This is a beautiful, historical, and well located luxury hotel. It's literally right in front of Qoricancha and occupies the original foundation of several ancient haciendas, including one of Pizarro's brother's residences. The staff was incredibly attentive and overall the service was great. I used an SPG cash plus points option and it was the best value I've ever received... More

We stayed here for several days before our trek to Machu Picchu and then the night after our trek. From the instant we stepped into the hotel, we felt like honored guests. The staff and service were excellent, and everyone we passed while walking in the hotel had a friendly smile and greeting for us. We met our son and... More

We stayed here for the night after Machu Picchu, prior to this hotel, we spent 2 nights in the JW marriott hotel and from time to time i will be making comparisons between the 2. We checked into the hotel at 9pm after our train ride back from machu Picchu. When we checked in, the hotel concierge did our check... More

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was treated like a special guest--coca tea for altitude sickness, Concierge Roger's excellent assistance and a very attentive front desk staff. They have an inhouse travel agency, Tikariy, and Solange seemed able to arrange anything we wanted. Roger gave true advice and recommendations about tours, restaurants, directions, and places to see. Solange... More

We have never, ever received such amazing concierge service anywhere and we have traveled to some extraordinary hotels. Carlos Fernandez Baca Rubio is the most helpful person. He was able to mediate an issue we had with a local merchant , even continuing his efforts long after we had left the hotel. In addition, his ordinary services and recommendations were... More

Just up the hill from one of the classic Spanish church (built on top of Inca ruins), and a short walk to the main square of Cusco. It's not on the main streets so it's quieter than the other hotels in town. Five star hotel, and deserves it. Interestingly, it was the former palace of Pachacutiq, the most famous Inca... More
