My husband and I spent two evenings at this hotel in Cusco and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly- whenever I walked up to the desk, they greeted me personally by name! They were also attentive and had timely service for breakfast and at the bar. The rooms were beautiful with mini patios off of them overlooking... More

This property is called a luxury collection. Quite appropriate. The facade is made of genuine Inca stone. Spread all throughout are religious murals of saints, angels, kings and queens; sometimes you think you are in a museum. Antique fixtures. Mini patios with fountains. Even a defibrillator in the lobby! The rooms aren't anything less; old world design. Walk-in closet. En-suite... More

It's a nice hotel in the old historic centre of Cusco. Unfortunately, we were sick during the stay and the hot/stuffy room made it extremely uncomfortable. - Hotel - had a lot of character - the wall was part of the original Inka, right next door to some Inka ruins. At night time, it's nice to see the hill with... More

This is an amazing hotel in a wonderful location. The converted property was once the home of a conquistador, so it has history, beauty and charm. And, as such the lighting in the halls and rooms are on the dark side so be aware if you're use to bright lighted areas. I loved the beautiful courtyard and the way some... More

First off, we will start with the hotel. It is appropriately named, because it is fit for a King. The property is lovely. So lovely, that tour groups visit it. When you arrive you are treated with complimentary cocoa tea, and a warm and courteous staff. The property is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms, beautiful spa. A... More

Even though this was a Starwood property it is very much local decor and ambiance. It was a former residency of a Spanish conquistador. The lobby was beautiful and the staff immediately have you sit on the couch to go through the check in process, explain the hotel logistics and give a cup of cocoa tea to help with altitude.... We stayed here three nights. Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms are very nice, with beds that were extremely comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. Coca tea is offered in the lobby at all times. It is said that it will help with altitude sickness. Cusco is a lovely town and this hotel is right in the... More

After three nights in beautiful Lima, we arrived to Cusco for five days, and spent four nights at the amazing Palacio del Inka. The hotel's location is perfect, it is in the center of the town, and it's walking distance to everything, such as Plaza del Armas, amazing restaurants, pubs, and wonderful little stores which are located in the narrow streets surrounding... We stayed here for 2 days during our 10 day trip in Peru. The hotel is beautiful, they treated us really well, and the breakfast was excellent (in addition to huge buffet, they were making personal plates of pancakes, waffles, eggs, etc). They upgraded us to a massive room with 2 bathrooms and when I had a slight episode of... More
