I am truly disappointed by the visit at palacio del Inka. As a preferred Starwood member they were nothing but UNaccomodating. Everything at this hotel is an extra cost. I have been traveling through Bolivia and peru for 2 weeks and every hotel went out of their way to help with pick up services and extra amenities. I thought for... More

Good service, centrally located with comfortable and quiet rooms. Very large so it can be a bit of a walk to reception from the room. Only a few floors so not so high up (a good thing for Cusco). Staff were very helpful and it was great to always have hot coca tea waiting for you after going out for... More

Impeccable team, fully prepared and autonomous to deal with the unexpected problems that surge during international trips. Waiters, receptionists and all the staff very well prepared to explain to any guest the historic importance of the hotel building and how it got to what it is today. A special congrats to Patricia, a politely friendly waitress that served us perfectly,... More

My wife and I own two small boutique hotels in Colorado and had the good fortune of visiting Peru this month and stay at this hotel on two separate occasions for three nights. It is a Five star experience in every way. Both my wife and I used the spa services.

Right in the centre of town this hotel is a nice balance of classic and modern. We had a fabulous room with small balcony. It was incredibly comfortable. The hotel were very helpful offering to book restaurants for us and nothing appeared to be too much trouble until we returned form our trip to find that they hadn't bothered to... More

We stayed at Libertador 3rd week of March 2014. Although we took medicine for altitude sickness, and drank lots of coca tea, we still felt sick. Luckily, the hotel provided oxygen tanks free of use for 5 minutes. But more than that, they will charge US25. All the staffs are very courteous. We got a little problem with room service... More

Even if the hotel has a beautiful architecture and a nice location it is not worth the money. Firstly, it has the worst gym ever for a 5 star hotel. It is small, lacking of women weights or mats (for yoga or just stretching) and both treadmills don't function. One may only access the pool and sauna by paying a... More

Excellent hotel 5 stars but with no air conditioning, only heating system. I thought I was going to faint with so much heat. Great attention but no swimming pool available though it is read as having a pool. What they call pool is a small pool only for people that decide to pay for massages. However great hotel architecture and... More

Palacio del Inka was by far the most amazing and luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was impeccable and the staff couldn't be kinder. It was worth every penny spent, especially after finishing my 4 day Inca Trail hike. My only regret was not having enough time to visit their amazing spa! I hope that I have... More

This hotel is very nice, certainly qualifying as a 5-star hotel. The staff are amazing and helpful, they can arrange anything and when we arrived a very friendly, professional, and helpful bellman showed us our room, pointing out all the features, and retrieved our baggage from storage within minutes. The room is very clean and elegant, with the bathrooms being... More
