First off the location is incredible set directly across the street from the best landmark in Cusco, the Santo Domingo. Security here is tight and you feel very safe. Service is awesome with plenty of friendly staff and a plethora of "Buenos Dias!" And don't forget the hot cup of coca leaf tea when you arrive! The rooms in the... More

Close to Plaza de Armas (5 min walk), many restaurants, safe neighborhood to walk around (many police patrols), comfy bed, clean room, great breakfast spread. Gym was closed during my stay. Recommended for anyone traveling to or through Cusco.

The rooms were lovely and located in the old town area with cobbled streets. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I had altitude sickness and when requesting oxygen numerous times at all hours of the day, they were quick, efficient and very helpful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't have much experience of the... More

My husband & I checked in after a 4 day trek in Peru and our arrival at the Libertador was like finding paradise. The decor, the warm & friendly staff, incredible food & wine .... The luxury of our room ... I could go on ... Flawless. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

I had the privelage of staying here for 2 nights in March, whilst part of a princess cruises Machhu Picchu overland tour. The rooms were amazing, staff very helpfull, and the hotel and surrounding area just beautifull. We had breakfast ready @ 4am both mornings with smiling staff. Wake up calls both mornings, and nothing was too much trouble. Would... More

We just stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is beautiful and in the greatest location, but the real gem is the service! I became quite ill with altitude sickness. They have oxygen tanks in the hotel and had one in my room within 5 minutes of the call. Each and every employee was so kind and helpful.... More

This hotel was amazing! It is like a fortress. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet is quite a spread. The hotel is located in the midst of historical Cusco. Many sites, restaurants, and stores are within walking distance. We even walked to Saksaywaman in about 25-30 minutes (although it was a steep... More

Right next to Qoricancha, nice safe area of Cuzco. Just 3 blocks from the main Cathedral. Inside it is an old monastery and it is very nicely decorated. Rooms have safe boxes and all the necessary amenities. Staff is nice and polite. Great place to stay.

This hotel is beautiful! The lobby extends through courtyards and shows Inca walls! One of the coolest places I've stayed at. The restaurant served up a great breakfast buffet and a great dinner. The service was amazing. They brought up oxygen for me when I was suffering from altitude sickness. The room was a tad bit dated, but overall very... More
