It's a decent hotel, but I would not stay there again. It was clean and safe feeling, but the only good thing is it's centrally located near the town square by the church. That means you only have to walk one block to see the only attraction in Cuzco, it's a couple blocks from the train station, and most tourist... more

Oldish hotel but clean and comfortable. Street facing rooms may be a bit noisy. Great central location in Cuzco. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good. more

The good: it is amazingly central, in a perfect location around the corner from Plaza de Armas. The staff is very friendly and helpful also in organising excursions. There is free internet and free mate de coca. The not so good: rooms are small and somehow not insulated well so it was quite cold. Hairdryer has to be collected at... more

This is the 2nd great decision I made on my recent trip to Peru. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. They arranged private drivers and cars for my party of 3 for all our sacred valley touring. In addition, they kept our luggage, did some laundry for us, and sewed a button on while we were in Machu... more

This Cusco hotel is one block from the Plaza de Armas. Its location is its highest attraction as it is very close to bars, restaurants and all the highlights of Cusco. The breakfast spread is wide and the food was tasty – it’s a great way to fill up in the morning before exploring Cusco and the Incan ruins for... more

We stayed at the Sonesta for 1 night. They stored our luggage for 4 days while we hiked the Inca Trail and then we stayed for 2 more nights upon our return. Our first room was huge. A big king bed and tons of extra space. When we got back we were put in a room about a quarter of... more

The highlight of the Inca Posada was definitely the staff. The front desk team was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I showed up without a reservation (our mistake) and they gave us a fantastic room at a great price. The free breakfast was also a nice touch. Plenty of eggs, pancakes, toast, coffee and juice to get you... more

We stayed for two nights in May 2007. The location is great. One block from the Plaza del Armas. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The lobby, though small, is secure and guarded. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was a buffet and in a small, but pleasant dining room on the second floor overlooking the street. Staff helped call cabs and... more

My family and I had an descent time with the hotel. however, we were surprised to find our cell phone missing the last day. We had left it in the our luggage and never taken it out since we would be roaming. We asked around the hotel without much help and then surprised to find out that somebody was using... more
