Nice hotel, but expensive for the level of the service provided. The stuff was great, but unfortunately for 2 days in a row, we had no hot water!! I complained twice but nothing changed.. For the limited time that we spend in the hotel, i would appreciate at least a hot bath. Keep in mind that there is no elevator... More

Great hotel, centrally located in Cusco, between the Plaza de Armas and Plaza San Francisco. Within walking distance of all the historic sites in Cusco. The rooms were very spacious. We loved hanging out in the lobby area, a converted courtyard, drinking coca tea and meeting fellow travelers. The hotel staff was fantastic. We needed to straighten out some travel... More

Located between Plaza de Armas and Mercado San Pedro this is a very good Hotel to stay at the historic´s Cuzco. We apreciated very much its breakfast and the hotel´s staff was also very helpful and assisted us with all our needs.

I choose the hotel because the location, two blocks from Plaza Mayor, and the price, less than $100 including a well stocked buffet breakfast. The best was its personal, always attentive and ready to please you whenever you need it. We were three and got a big room on the first floor with a portable heater and plenty of blankets... More

We were here July 2015. We stayed one night, left for a trip to Machu Picchu and returned after our Machu Picchu trip. They kept our luggage for us in a locked storage area, which was nice. The staff is nice. However, the entire hotel looks depressing. All the public spaces, from the lobby area to the so-called breakfast room,... More

This is a charming hotel converted from an old hacienda. The entry is wonderful. However, don't be tempted to stay in one of the original rooms: insist on being in the new part. My room was tiny, barely big enough for the double bed. The wardrobe doors would open only about 25 or 30 degrees before being stopped by the... More

Two friends and I finished off our trip with 4 nights at the Best Western Andes. Great location, staff and really enjoyed the breakfast. Wifi was a little sketchy but maybe it was my computer - sometimes quick, othertimes not so quick. Breakfast was terrific and included lots of variety of fruit, juices, cereals, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheeses, etc... More

I spent 5 days in Cusco, all of them I stayed in Best Western. Excellent staff, accomodations and breakfast... The hotel is in a good location (near to Plaza de Armas). The room was clean and shine. If I return to Cusco, probably I will stay in Best Western again.

We only stayed one night in this perfect located hotel. Check in was smooth, all employees were very nice and friendly, our room was clean and bathroom was immaculate. The price was very cheap in March so I think we chose the right place for spending our last night in Cusco after visiting Machu Picchu. I didn't rate it 5... More

We stayed as a part of a vacation package, and hence really cannot comment on the price. However, the location is just phenomenal. It is nestled in between plaza de armas and san francisco plaza. Rooms are clean and the lobby area is nice with its historic look. One big advantage at this hotel - breakfast opens very early (as... More
