Near the centre of Cusco. Hotel is as described on the web site with an excellent common area. Wifi is available in the bedrooms, Breakfast was a buffet style with a choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bacon etc. Plenty of outdoor and food shops around and close to the centre for attractions. Very helpful with bag storage. Highly recommend.... More

During a recent trip to Peru we stayed a total of 3 nights over 2 stays while traveling to and from Macchu Piccu. We booked our first night through Expedia and paid only $70 for the room- the rate included breakfast. The room was very basic- 4 walls and a bathroom stuck in a corner of the hotel with no-Wi-Fi... I have been to Cusco two times and both times stayed at this wonderful hotel (2010 and 2014). You can beat the very central location, as you are just footsteps from tourist attractions, restaurantes, and stores, but yet it is a quiet street and you can relax and rest when you get to your room. The staff will help you... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in February, with one night in between where we went to Machu Picchu and left our bags there. Firstly the service was excellent throughout. We paid for the airport transfer and they were waiting for us upon arrival. There was a very warm welcome with coca tea, which was much appreciated due to the... More

Exceptional service and best hotel breakfast in my travels. The quinoa chicken for breakfast is the best! The location of the hotel is prime, near 3 main plazas as well as numerous eateries. Hot water can be a little space in the evenings, but it will eventually come and not run out. Or shower in the mornings. Rooms have space... More

At first i thought the hotel was quite old and gloomy, but it turned out the best i'd stayed in Peru by far. Like the typical colonial building turned into hotel in Cusco, Cusco's Best Western offered covered common seating area in its inner courtyard, equipped with free coffee and tea 24/7. Room was meticulously clean, staff were extremely accommodating... More

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the front desk people and everybody else were so friendly, helpful and generous that we felt like family. We enjoyed our room and really loved the large common area for gathering and relaxing. Breakfasts were very nice and we especially appreciated the inclusion of Peruvian items. We would certainly stay here... More

Certainly not the Ritz. Outdated but very clean and comfortable. Took two teenage daughters for summer vacation. Shared three bed room. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location great with easy walk to one of the most beautiful squares in the world. Breakfast ok....a little bland. Would recommend for location and safety....but realize it is a basic option at a great... More

We spent a week in Cusco and the location of Los Andes de America was perfect, Just far enough off the main square to be quiet, but close enough to all the attractions to allow walking. You can explore Cusco easily from this hotel. The service can't be beaten and the friendliness of the staff rates with any 5 star... More

Very friendly Staff, nice lobby area to sip coca tea and interact with the other guests. The restaurant attached is on the better side of all the restaurants in Cusco, although I would only eat there once. Rooms are large, as well as the bathrooms. More than I expected for the price
