The hotel's location is superb as its near to Plaza de Armas which is the town center. The price is really reasonable. The hotel rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good with nice fresh juices to choose from... all of these are enough reasons why a tourist should stay in this hotel but what... More

Upon arrival, there's--as one reviewer said--a classic Moorish lobby area, spacious and inviting. Tables in one section are excellent spots for breakfast or dinner while a smallish dining room provides a more intimate, sort of, surrounding. Breakfast buffet was good with fresh fruit (we only ate items we peeled), good coffee and breads, some made with potato flour and not... More

The lobby is very nice with a classic Moorish Spanish feel with lots of light. Rooms are modern, clean and a good size. Not too small. WiFi in the rooms and was complimentary to us. Food at breakfast was good, but did not dine in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Great location, only two blocks away from the square.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Cusco. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the breakfast buffet was adequate. Hotel has a great location. There is a great pizza restaurant just down the street, and a couple blocks up from hotel, is a little square. There are lots of shops, street venders,... More

Arrived at 1 am after train broke down. Locked door. Night porter arrived after 2 minutes - no smile. First room no window - complained since we had specifically arranged through travel agent to have a room with a window and were immediately ( although not with good grace) given another room with a window overlooking the street. The next... More

We stayed at this hotel pre and post Macchu Picchu trip. The first time in, we got a room that was in the dungeon with bars on the windows!! We asked to be moved, since the hotel was not full. We were moved to a room next floor up. It was a quiet room, and okay for a hotel. On... More

We stayed at this hotel, before and after Machu Picchu. The first room we had was very comfortable and faced the side street with that amazing Inca wall, when we returned they gave us one of the rooms at the front of the hotel, don't know what we did to deserve this but it was fantastic, with a Juliette balcony... The hotel is charming with the lobby being a large courtyard. Part of its charm is that it has an unobtrusive entrance along the side of a very narrow Incan street where there is no waiting (for taxis). Or rather, one has to wait for one's taxi. My room and bathroom were huge. The service is very good, and the... More

Hotel has a nice location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums and the square. Charming courtyard with solarium contrasts the cooler temperatures outside. Room was clean, comfortable. Wifi was a hassle, having to login every so often, and you get only one access code per device(like phone, Ipad, laptop) with a maximum of three. It was also weak in the... More

Since this hotel was in the historic part of Cuzco, there is very little signage allowed which is great that it gives you a real sense of how things were in the past but a bit confusing when your trying to find the hotel. The residents in Cuzco were extremely pleasant and helpful and we would stop at other hotels,... More
