Located a couple blocks from the main square, the hotel is conveniently located for exploring Cuzco. They are also experienced with handling groups that are exploring other nearby attractions such as the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu - they were very accommodating with early check-in on arrival and holding our luggage securely upon departure. The room was clean and had... More

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to Cusco attractions though pricey. Staff was pretty good outside of one surly receptionist. Stay away from the runny huevos revolutos (scrambled eggs) for breakfast! That wiped out a day and a half touring for me. They charge a lot for clean drinking/teeth brushing water. Buy it at the little shop down the... More

Perfectly located in small street just 3 minutes walk from main square. Not a typical multi storey western Novotel. Quaint old building, we stayed in old part at the front. Comfortable beds, with free wifi in rooms. BBC World available on tv for current world news. Breakfast was lovely and all staff were excellent.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group. It was ok, not great. Some members of the group had nice rooms, with windows to the outside and adequate space. For the exact same price, others had interior rooms, with windows only into the enclosed atrium-- these rooms were very very small, and very stuffy. We tried to move... More

We stayed at this property for 1 night - 20 March 2015. The Hotel is very much a typical Novtel property. Functional and useful without fancy trimmings. To be fair, this was just a 1 night stop after a very tiring day in Machu Picchu and the train ride back to Cusco. The room was smallish but adequate. Service was... More

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, 2 nights each side of a 2 night visit to Machu Picchu. Hotel is located in a very long and narrow one way street about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport and a 5 to 7 minute fairly flat walk from the main square. Taxis and tourist buses picking up... More

We thought the ambiance was great, the food excellent and the service outstanding. Room was a bit small but clean. Bathroom counter was small and not much room to place toiletries. Sheets were not as soft as I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

Rooms are smallish, quiet and and nicely decorated; staff super friendly. Bed okay. Big breakfast from 4:30am in hotel restaurant to allow for early flights. The hotel is built around an impressive central colonial courtyard with a glass roof. If you're staying here and need laundry, highly recommend Inversiones Magui - a hole-in-the-Inca-block-wall just up the street from the entrance.... More

This property had been a convent many years earlier and Novotel has kept some of the rooms on the upper levels more like the older times.Enquire when booking if this interests you.... Beautifully appointed courtyard as you arrive where you can enjoy breakfast/drinks etc throughout your stay. Our room was modern and comfy beds with good view of Cusco township.... More

This hotel is very well located in the Cusco Township...... close to restaurants, sites and shopping. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Staff are great and helpful when we organised our tour of 'Machu Picchu'. We left our 'Large' bags in staorage at the hotel when we left for Machu Picchu which eliminated carting all of our belongings... More
