The lobby of this hotel resembles a cloister. It really adds character to the place as the rooms are rather plain. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It is also less than 5 minutes walk to the main square and the two cathedrals. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The... More

This hotel is a next to the Marriott and near the Plaza. It's price was much more reasonable than the Marriott. It had a good breakfast. Breakfast begins at 4:30am to accommodate travelers to Machu Picchu. It is on a narrow coble stone street. If you take more than 30 seconds to get out of the taxi, cars will be... More

I stayed there for 2 nights as part of a group before and after Inca Trail. The courtyard is very pleasant, great location to main plaza. Helpful staff. Room is clean and spacious with TV, wifi. I recommend it.

We stayed at Novotel in Cusco for 4 nights in July 2014. This is genuinely a very nice 4-star hotel in a great location. It is a short, easy walk to the central plaza of Cusco as well as many famous nearby attractions. The lobby is comfortable and makes a great meeting place. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful... More

Stayed at this Hotel for 3 Nights - The rooms are basic enough but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet has a really good choice from Bacon to fruit etc. We ate the first night at the Hotel Restaurant and the Ceviche there was delicious. They have oxegen available for the guests which my daughter had to use. The... More

Gave a credit card for incidentals on two rooms. Both rooms were fine when I left and nothing used in mini bar. They charged my card $764 dollars. I called the hotel serval times and emailed they never responded. I turned it in for fraudulent charge through my credit card company but its still being charged to me. Also if... More

Much better than expected. Nice old building with large Spanish patio. Very good buffet Breakfast I which is included. Rooms are comfortable. Mine was a little dark since the window was overlooking the patio and not the street. You may want to check that if you do not like dark rooms. Location is great. It is 3 blocks away from... More

This hotel is situated in a great spot, just a couple blocks away from the Plaza de Armas and all the action of Cusco. There is free coca tea in the bar off the lobby and a nice shop that sells quality alpaca knitwear. The staff are very accommodating about requests and extremely professional. The hotel's lobby looks like an... More

Myself and my wife have used this hotel as our base of operations for the last 2 weeks in Peru. We've spent a total of 12 nights here, some before & after our trek packages. Some nights were booked by the Tour operator (as part of the trek package), most nights we booked ourselves. This meant that the 12 nights... More
