We stayed here twice in the past 2 weeks in different rooms. Rooms are clean, comfortable, generic and quiet with windows closed. Coffee and tea making facilities were available in both rooms. Buffet breakfast was lovely with a good selection on offer. Hotel is located a short walk from the Plaza. Many nice restaurants are nearby. Staff were pleasant and... More

Located only blocks from the central plaza in Cuzco, this hotel is in a beautiful building with a central courtyard that is unique. We stayed here for one night in a room in the back of the building. The hotel was quiet and clean but lacked the small touches and attention to guests that are done beautifully in other club... More

I stayed for nights in this hotel in San Isidro. It is located between downtown (old city) and Miraflores (beach area). They serve an excellent breakfast. They have in the S1 floor an indoor pool. The concierge is nice and helpful, Giovani is the guy. He provides restaurant suggestions and others supports.

We stayed here for two days before doing the Machu Picchu package and then again for one night on our return. From the outside, it is not like any hotel I have seen, with a narrow cobblestone street and nowhere for vehicles to park. But once you walk through the huge double doors and greeted by the staff, you are... More

This hotel is very attractive, the staff are very attentive and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The first room we stayed in was really nice, the second not so much. Hairdryer and safe were not working and I was disappointed that the rooms did not have kettles or coffee machines. My biggest complaint is that the check out time is... More

The entrance to the Novotel in Cusco is easy to miss. There is nothing but a sign, affixed flat against the wall by a glass door, but step through that door and you find yourself inside a magnificent colonial courtyard with two stories of arches surrounding a large paved centre with tables, chairs and a central fountain. All of this... More

We booked the Novotel as part of our Cusco/Macchu Pichu/Sacred Valley tour. The staff was generally helpful. The front courtyard area is very attractive. The room was fine, but small. The hotel is in a good location for shopping and restaurants, plus it was near the Gatos market where we were able to buy water and soda, plus some snacks.... More

We chose the hotel because it was originally an old monastery and so we were a bit disappointed when our room was way in the back in the new addition which totally lacks personality. The room was very generic and the safe didn't work but the staff was prompt in sending someone to replace the battery in it. The floors... More

It was indeed a novel experience at NOVOTEL CUSCO! The building is beautiful with a rustic charm. It is right in the middle of a narrow street yet we did not find that a hindrance. In fact the location was perfect as the city centre and shops were accessible on foot and we could take leisurely walks at night and... More

A 16th century building facelifted into a nice hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel, you get an historic feel starting with the charming Spanish stone courtyard and fountain. The rooms themselves are quite modern and have a view of classic city rooftops and surrounding mountainsides off in the distance. Majority of the staff spoke English which definitely helps... More
