My wife and I stayed in a Colonial Room at the Novotel in Cusco for 2 nights before going to Machu Picchu and then 1 night after. We love the hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff speak English and were very friendly/helpful. The hotel is in a great location, located just... More

I always like the Accor properties, so I booked this four star hotel. I spent two nights here and was very pleased. It has the high Novotel professional standards but being a colonial and historical building it has more character than the usual Novotel. I arrived by the Cruz del Sur bus around 11:00 in the morning after an all... More

We spent 2 nights here thru Gate 1 tour. When we arrived late in the evening at this hotel, we were told breakfast was served until 10AM. The next morning we arrived in dining room at 9:40 and were informed that breakfast finished at 9:30AM. We were able to get coffee, and my wife managed to get cereal. I was... More

Stay there three nights. A nice unexpected Novotel with local flavour and a great patio. Each time we had a request the staff was available and efficient. Breakfasts in the patio were a very nice way to start each day. In the historical center, thus easy to walk from there. Especially in the night to go to restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel twice as Cusco serves as a gateway to Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca. It is centrally located near the main square where you can walk within minutes to nice restaurants, colonial Cathedral and money marts. There is rustic feel to this hotel from the outside and the only way to get there is via a... More

Gate 1 Travel booked us in this hotel. It is very centrally located, so easy to walk to many venues. The hotel has a buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, hot dogs, breads, olives, bacon, cereal, coffee, tea & coca tea. You can eat in the main breakfast area or out in the atrium. Lunch & dinner are served in the... More

Beautiful hotel in the middle of old town one block away from square.Location is perfect for dinning and cultural tourism. It was a fantastic experience, hotel has a colonial look with high celling lobby. Rooms are clean. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good. I will stay again when returning to Cusco.

Good clean European style hotel, located just a short couple of blocks from the Plaza De Armas, Cusco's main square. Beautiful converted old building with a central courtyard that has been covered with a skylight. Nice rooms. We stayed twice, on two ends of a Machu Picchu trip, and found our nice second floor room off the courtyard a bit... More

The lobby of this hotel resembles a cloister. It really adds character to the place as the rooms are rather plain. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It is also less than 5 minutes walk to the main square and the two cathedrals. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The... More
