Our tour group stayed at the Novatel on two occasions each for two nights. The hotel is well located only 5 minutes walk from the main square and other landmarks. Cusco is a very busy city with a lot of traffic and one disadvantage of the location was a narrow and very busy one way street. This required drop-offs and... More

A beautiful hotel housed in a former estate in Cusco's magnificent historical area. The Novotel is a short 5 minute walk from the main square. The breakfast area was lovely (in the old section of the building's courtyard - with a glass solarium).

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The guestrooms were spacious and the beds were like floating on a cloud! Our stay included breakfast which was completely out of sight!!!! The selection was incredibly huge (including purple corn juice!) and the quality was fantastic! The hotel's location is a five minute walk to the main square, and the... More

This hotel is on an uphill street in the center of Cusco. It takes about 6-7 min for a fit person to walk from here to Plaza de Armas. When I arrived, they took about 5 min to check me in. It was very quick. They offered me mate de coca (coca tea) to relieve me of immediate altitude sickness.... More

My wife and I had occasion to spent two nights in the Novotel Cusco in late September, 2014. The glass-doored entrance is modestly tucked into the stone wall of what used to be the home of a wealthy Peruvian family, complete with spacious courtyard (now covered in a glass dome). The reception desk is hidden in a small room to... More

This is a very nice hotel only a few blocks from the main square in Cusco. The rooms are clean with pretty much everything you need although mine was a bit on the small side. They serve a good breakfast which was included with my stay and the staff was helpful. For mr the WiFi worked best in the Lobby.

We were two couples and stayed four nights altogether, split into two stays of two nights each. An excellent location close to the centre of Cusco and within easy walking distance of the best attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff were excellent too, always eager to help. The foyer looks really impressive but the lounge furniture is extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully,... More

The hotel met its purpose but I wasn't entirely satisfied. On a positive note, the room was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed it. The bed was comfortable, rooms were clean with all amenities, high water pressure and hot water. Near the Plaza and other restaurants, although Cusco is a fairly small city. I would recommend my parents to... More

Stayed twice. First in large colonial room facing front ( need to shut shutters) left hotel feeling it had all been an excellent experience Second visit we were allocated a small colonial room which had tiny space between small double bed and walls simply neither acceptable nor superior Moved to contemporary room to rear which was fine - standard Novotel... This hotel is set on a narrow street within easy walking distance of the major Cusco sights. The lobby is a gracious courtyard with areas to relax or eat or get a drink. The concierge and staff were very helpful. Check in was easy. Breakfast is available from 4:30am which is very nice if you have an early flight or... More
