The hotel met its purpose but I wasn't entirely satisfied. On a positive note, the room was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed it. The bed was comfortable, rooms were clean with all amenities, high water pressure and hot water. Near the Plaza and other restaurants, although Cusco is a fairly small city. I would recommend my parents to... More

Stayed twice. First in large colonial room facing front ( need to shut shutters) left hotel feeling it had all been an excellent experience Second visit we were allocated a small colonial room which had tiny space between small double bed and walls simply neither acceptable nor superior Moved to contemporary room to rear which was fine - standard Novotel... This hotel is set on a narrow street within easy walking distance of the major Cusco sights. The lobby is a gracious courtyard with areas to relax or eat or get a drink. The concierge and staff were very helpful. Check in was easy. Breakfast is available from 4:30am which is very nice if you have an early flight or... More

We stayed in this hotel just 2 nights. It's a very nice and clean hotel. It's located in a downtown area, near the main plaza and the cathedral. Our room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was included with our stay and it was great.

The hotel is located in a convenient central area near the Plaza des Armas, within easy walking distance to most sights. The interior atrium area provided a historic ambience. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. Our room was very plain and looked out directly at another building. Not many room amenities here, and what was there, left... More

This has been my second time at this hotel. Great location, very clean and staff very good. Rooms are standard Novotel style in the new section and more peruvian style rooms for their upgrades. In our case breakfast was included and was very good and a choice for everyone. We also ate a lunch and dinner and food and service... More

Hotel has a lovely classic style with a beautiful courtyard. Our room had a beautiful view of the hills too. The best thing about this hotel is its location which is near the square and the cathedral and the rates are affordable. There is also a mini market round the corner. Breakfast is reasonable.

This is a lovely hotel within walking distance to Plaza de Armas and Cathedral (both must see places). Must have lunch here their Chifa shrimp with rice is amazing. The staff is wonderful and going beyond the call of duty and very informative.

My wife and I stayed in a Colonial Room at the Novotel in Cusco for 2 nights before going to Machu Picchu and then 1 night after. We love the hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff speak English and were very friendly/helpful. The hotel is in a great location, located just... More

I always like the Accor properties, so I booked this four star hotel. I spent two nights here and was very pleased. It has the high Novotel professional standards but being a colonial and historical building it has more character than the usual Novotel. I arrived by the Cruz del Sur bus around 11:00 in the morning after an all... More
