Nice hotel in the heart of the city. A nice walk around the sites around Cusco. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfortable. The price was very affordable. We stayed an extra night when we arrived in Peru to adjust to the altitude. Con: I would not recommend lunch there because they are extremely slow. The front desk... More

Novotel Cusco has an unbeatable location, very close to everything and just a short walk to the main square. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the lobby is to die for! It has a glass ceiling! Great to have a coffee or a glass of wine while looking at the stars after a long day of sightseeing and walking.... More

The hotel is okay. Nothing brilliant for the price paid. Good breakfast, clean rooms. My bathroom doors were broken and will open all of a sudden. My toilet seat was broken and will twist to one side. I stayed two nights and no one was able to fix the Internet connection. So if you need to work, I would not... More

You enter the impressive hotel courtyard - so near the centre of town - and they sit you down and bring your coca tea to combat possible altitude sickness. Real style. I spent a total of 4 nights here - the highlight of my Peruvian trip. My room was stylish and very spacious indeed - opening onto the first floor... More

Yes this hotel dose not have street appeal but everything inside is just what is required. Good sized rooms, excellent bathroom facilities. The restaurant and breakfast areas are well served with attentive staff. Wifi in rooms plus 2 free computers in foyer. Hotel is close to the main square and cathedral. Laundry facilities just over the road, hotel does have... More

Beautiful and authentic hotel very close from plaza de arma. We were upgraded in superior room which was wonderful with a great bathroom. Breakfast could have been a bit better with a bigger choice. Nice inside course to drink or eat something.

Novotel Cusco may look plain and unassuming from the outside, being located on a narrow street and a "old-looking building", the inside, especially the courtyard, is very open and expansive. The guest room we stayed has a queen bed; it was clean, modern, and with a high ceiling. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast very nice. The location of... More

We returned to Cuzco fro our tour of the sacred valley for one night stay at this hotel. This was the worst sleep of our whole trip. I found the beds extremely hard and the pillows unbending. While the room was a fair size, although quite stark, I felt rathe claustrophobic at times. The breakfast was just ok. The lobby... More

Visiting South America for the first time (from North America) I was very impressed by the high level of customer service - the employees at Novotel were very attentive, especially the doormen/concierge and wait staff at the restaurant. This was the first stop on our trip and both my boyfriend and I suffered from altitude illness, so having a comfortable... More

This hotel is in a great position, easy walk to the Main Square which has lots of good restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and the bathroom is quite big. Breakfast was included in our rate but I didn't find it too enjoyable. ( maybe I'm just fussy ). I didn't cope well with... More
