It was indeed a novel experience at NOVOTEL CUSCO! The building is beautiful with a rustic charm. It is right in the middle of a narrow street yet we did not find that a hindrance. In fact the location was perfect as the city centre and shops were accessible on foot and we could take leisurely walks at night and... More

A 16th century building facelifted into a nice hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel, you get an historic feel starting with the charming Spanish stone courtyard and fountain. The rooms themselves are quite modern and have a view of classic city rooftops and surrounding mountainsides off in the distance. Majority of the staff spoke English which definitely helps... More

After reviewing several hotels in Cusco, we decided to stay at the Novotel. The decision took long as I found the rooms to be quite pricey. The location is great, it is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The building is beautiful and was apparently built in the 16 th century. The staff were friendly and... More

We stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights. The first impression is the friendly staff and the beautiful inner yard ( ...great place to have wine late evenings. :)) The hotel is located in the center, yet not to the noisy part, and is close to many places of interest and nice restaurants. The rooms are big and clean. The... More

This hotel is pretty near the city center, but no close to be noisy. My 11 yr old son and I stayed here one night, followed by the nearby Casa Andina Private Collection (similar in price and location so I can compare the two). The Novotel is closer to the center of town by about 2 blocks. Not much difference,... More

We requested a colonial room on our overnight trip to Cusco this year but the colonial rooms were all under construction so we had to stay in a room in the new wing. It was only one night and we were really just in town to eat at the MAP cafe again which we loved on a previous trip, So... More

Stayed before and after Machu Picchu.the location was excellent with everything within walking distance. We arrived at odd times and ate from a varied menu which is available all the time. The cost of food was also reasonable, although we bought our water elsewhere. The courtyard was lovely for meals and breakfast, which was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and... More

My wife and I stayed there as part of a vacation package. We were give an room in the basement which was very bad. The courtyard was very nice and the location was excellent. There was no coffee or tea in the room, when we asked the reception about this they quickly sent a kettle, tea and coffee. Everyone was... More

Stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights before our Inca Trail trek. Was a great hotel to start off in..... very centrally located with lots of awesome restaurants within 5 mins walk. Very close to the main centre of town and pretty much everything one would need. The rooms were good with plenty of space for 2 people. Nice bathroom.... More

This hotel is centrally located in cusco. It is close to a market and great restaurants. This hotel has a nice lobby and nice modern rooms. Breakfast had a good selection. I enjoyed staying here during my time in cusco.
