A very nice hotel, clean rooms, great service and lovely courtyard. Close to everything, this hotel has earned it's stars! If there is something you need, the staff are willing to help every step of the way, even assist with lost airline luggage!

We stayed at Novotel for several days both before and after our trek. The staff have been wonderful (we had some health issues and had to extend our stay) They have been very accommodating. Nice rooms. Good location. Highly recommend. If we ever come back to Cuzco, we know exactly where we'll be staying.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location near the main square! Stayed here 2 nights with my husband and we loved the lovely courtyard and breakfast. The staff was so kind and helpful and the rooms were large, clean, and tastefully decorated. Make sure to ask to for a room on the 2nd floor or above. I believe that the 1st... More

We had a lovely room on the front corner of the hotel in the colonial part (original building) on the second floor. It had a great balcony overlooking the street and a window over the side pedestrian passage way (both with soundproof windows which was great). The room was quite spacious and had a queen bed on the main level... More

The Novotel Cusco is situated in the perfect location. It is within easy walking distance to the main square and is surrounded by good restaurants & great shopping! I was travelling alone but felt very safe exploring the surrounding area by myself - even in the evening. There are plenty of money exchange places nearby & a small shop virtually... More

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel: Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the old square. There's a nice covered patio (but also check out and have a drink on the patio of ghe adjacent Mariott). The rooms are as usual in a Novotel. Overall the stay was ok and I would not hesitate to book again, but I... More

This was a very well-managed property, in a former bank building. The foyer was immense, with plenty of room for sitting in comfortable chairs and visiting with one another. There was also a convenient lobby restaurant / bar. Breakfasts were included, and were very good. Our room was very nice, with a small balcony. We could walk two blocks from... More

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. A nice walk around the sites around Cusco. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfortable. The price was very affordable. We stayed an extra night when we arrived in Peru to adjust to the altitude. Con: I would not recommend lunch there because they are extremely slow. The front desk... More

Novotel Cusco has an unbeatable location, very close to everything and just a short walk to the main square. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the lobby is to die for! It has a glass ceiling! Great to have a coffee or a glass of wine while looking at the stars after a long day of sightseeing and walking.... More
