Stayed at this hotel with my husband two nights in November 2011. We had a really pleasant and wonderful experience here. Upon getting there, one would not expect what is beyond the door, as outside it looks pretty plain, but inside is a huge, impressive historically enchanting lobby/courtyard with natural light ceiling. People can relax there at tables, eat their... More

Wonderful little hotel in the heart of Cusco. The rooms are somewhat spartan but the colonial-era courtyard with fountain and music in the evening are terrific. Great food in the restaurant, helpful staff and surrounded by iconic Incan stone walls. More

Having stayed in many Novotels in Europe this was a pleasant surprise as the building had character and the rooms were quiet and spacious. The staff were pleasant and willing so nothing was impossible. Would recommend as other hotels in Cusco have rooms overlooking the street and most of them are cobbled which is very noisy. More

Arrived at the hotel for a six night stay and was greeted by friendly concierge offering us coca tea to help with the elevation. The building is located in the center of Cusco, walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing, anything that we needed, even down to running errands for us,... More

Novotel Cusco has got beautiful rooms, a great lobby, a decent staff and it is located on a very central position in CUzco, where you will not have to fear anything even during the night. Breakfast is very good in quality and quantity, rooms are good and clean, the shower is great and the waitress do a good job. The... More

Stayed two nights at this hotel. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had Cocoa tea available on arrival as well at breakfast. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and prepared nicely. Location is very good, close to central square but far enough away to be quiet. Oxygen available upon request. More

This was a cool, historic building converted into a Novotel. Our room was in the new part, not historic whatsoever, but clean and sufficient with a view of the valley. The main building is a converted building from several hundred years ago, nice courtyard, good restaurant. Excellent coca tea which you will need! The staff was very friendly and helpful.... More

This was a fabulous hotel in a 16th century building with modern conveniences. Not cheap but well worth it. Lovely. More

That´s an excelent hotel, with a colonial flavour. Breakfast is good, wnd attention superb. You must think that Cusco is not a city to stay at the hotel, but this hotel is a good option for dinner, if you are too tired for getting around. More
