We stayed at the Novotel Cusco for 2 nights prior to hiking the Inca trail. We had the most charming room in the "older" wing of the hotel overlooking the courtyard. The service was great - they picked us up at the airport at 7am (arriving from Lima) and ushered us to the hotel where our room was ready for... more

We stayed at the Novotel Cusco before we went to Machu Picchu and after Machu Picchu. I was traveling with my sister, 2 teenagers. The staff was wonderful. Always quick to answer questions or arrange rides. Very polite. Our room was the best one that we had in Peru. The teenagers were in a loft area. We were in the... more

This hotel is just off the main square. The staff are fabulous, they try to help in any way possible. There is coca tea on board at all times, and the breakfast is great. Check in and out are a piece of cake. Great location near the main square, restaurants, and activities without the hassle. I would definitely go back. more

The hotel was a palace in the past and has a very beautiful patio in front of the main entrance. It is centrally located within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very nice restaurants and breakfast buffet. more

I stayed here w/some of friends and it's quite nice. They have a really nice courtyard in the center, provide free tea and were very helpful w/our bags and registering. We checked in on 2 separate occassions and had positive experiences. The first night, they let us check in early and we had 2 double, contemporary rooms. It was very... more

Quite honestly, I have never experienced better service anywhere else in the world that I have travelled. The staff recognized my wife and I by site the very first day we were their. They were calling us Mr. and Mrs. Last Name from the time we left and anytime we made eye contact with anyone. We will stay here again... more

We stayed here two nights last year, before and after our trip into the Sacred Valley. We read that people were not impressed with the newer, modern rooms so we booked a Colonial Room in the old part, right above the center courtyard, and I am glad we did! the room was amazing in every way. It was huge, had... more
