Novotel was a fine stay. It had a great location that was near the city center but still quiet. The staff was welcoming and friendly, however, the main concern for my family and I were the beds. They were rock hard, as were the pillows. Very uncomfortable. Also, there were no clocks in the room, which we found strange. Nice... more

I was very pleased with my stay at the Novotel! The location was very quiet but, centrally located to great restaurants, the Plaza etc. The staff was very accommodating especially when storing our luggage while my party hiked the Inca Trail. more

Due to some odd scheduling, I stayed at the Novotel Cusco in 3 separate rooms on 3 separate nights. Cusco was the last part of my 2-week Peru trip, spanning our 4-day Inca Trail trek, and my boyfriend was determined to stay at a nicer hotel and to indulge a bit, so we got a Colonial (Superior) room all 3... more

We stayed here for five nights. Locaion is great as everyone says. The patio/terrace is very pretty. The continental breakfast is really yummy. The best is this light lemon bread/cake with a sugary crust. Sooooo good. I never got tired of the food and it is included in the room rate. My husband had lunch one day at the hotel... more

I just got back from 10 days in Peru, including the Inca Trail. Given we'd be hiking for 4 days/3 nights we wanted to stay at nice hotels before and after. We stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel Monastario, which is the highest rated hotel in Cusco, before checking into the Novotel for 1 night before the trek and... more

We stayed in the Novotel for four nights. We had been in other more remote areas of Peru for the nine days before that. Maybe that is why the new section's decor did not bother us at all. We looked at a Colonial room which was very dark. We stayed in the new section on the top floor and had... more

We stayed as part of tour, but paid extra in England to upgrade to a Colonial Room it was definately worth it, the room was lovely, romantic a really good bed and feather pillows, just above the courtyard, although it was a little stuffy as there was no air conditioning. Would like to have stayed longer in Cusco, easy to... more

The hotel was beautiful, we stayed in the "colonial" room which was in the center of the hotel with a great view and beautiful room. I loved the staff, they all went out of there way to accommodate us, food was great, theres a great breakfast buffet and all day restaurant service in the "court yard" area. Very Relaxing, i... more

Based on previous reviews, we requested a room in the old wing via e-mail a few days before our actual arrival. We got the one with the balcony to the street. The colonial ambiance here was second -to-none. Just for kicks, I went back into the new wing to check out the rooms. The other reviewers are exactly right. I've... more
