I'm so glad we stumbled upon this place when booking our trip. It's situated close enough to the main square, but far enough to be in a nice, quiet area. Our room, though a bit on the smaller side, had everything we needed and was also visually appealing. What really made our stay great was the staff. Their customer service... More

This is a typical small, Peruvian hotel that was recently renovated and modernized. It is very clean, modern, and the staff are very helpful. Although not a high level luxury hotel, there are marble and granite floors throughout, and for the price this is a bargain for the modern comfort you get. The WiFi really works!

when I first checked in the receptionist had my key ready & helped me with my bags to my room (nazca). That was an awesome first impression. my room was small & clean since I was by myself. It was perfect for my trip. Front desk organized al my tours. I had already organized my hike to Machu picchu. The... More

We stayed at this hotel before and after trekking to Machu Picchu. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but very comfortable, avoid rooms on the reception level as it can get noisy with people up at the crack of dawn catching the train to Machu Picchu. Overall very good and comes... More

My stay here was comfortbale and relaxing. The service was outstanding. Andrea was wonderful. They assisted me in my tour plans and selection of resturants to eat at. They addressed all of my concerns in English.

Made the choice to stay here based on TripAdvisor reviews, and the prior reviewers did not make a mistake. This property is certainly worth a 5 star rating, if only for the incredibly helpful front desk staff who worked in the evening. A few standout events that other travelers should know that should sway them to choosing this property: 1.... More

Let me start by saying that I travel all the time for my work and I also have done some backpacking. I have stayed in different type of accommodations, anywhere from hostels to a Five-Diamond hotel. I can make a difference between reality and unrealistic travelers expectations. LOCATION: I give 3.5*. It is not downtown but about 10 minutes walk.... More

We rolled into Cusco with no expectations about the city or our hotel as this was our first visit. The city is pretty amazing but what was really great was our stay at the Wifala Hotel. The staff is very accommodating and helpful in every way. They helped us with every need including directions, restaurant recommendations and even had beers... More

The place is roughly a 15 minute walk from the main square and I was pleasantly surprised by the place. The room is a bit on the small side, so don't expect too much walking room, but the room that we stayed in (Nazca) was nice. It has a rainfall shower and they provided us with a heated water bottle... More

We stayed here for 6 nights throughout our time in the sacred valley area and truly enjoyed it. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist area and in a neighborhood that feels a little more real while being just as safe as the tourist area. We had two different rooms and they were both great.... More
