Just a short walk to city plaza, tucked away with all you could need, this accommodation offers spacious rooms, endless hot water, pool, games room and restaurant and laundry service The staff have English sufficient to assist in any way, and they do it willingly. Isabella organised massages, transfers and a taxi driver with English for a private day tour... More

Clean and comfortable rooms with hot water at good price. Sonya is a great host (rest of staff is also very nice and helpfull) who speaks enough good English - will help you with everything: finding buses or colectivos to Pisac, Moray or Ollantaytambo, arranging transfer to airport (at good price), showing main attractions in Cuzco or anything else. Great... More

This hotel was laid back, a diversity of travellers, many amenities and quite secure. Staff were very accommodating, rooms though small, (mine was) were clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was terrific, much variety and much needed coca tea was available. And so close to the town, walking distance to main attractions, restaurants and banks. The grounds have a... Situated in a not so touristy area but still only 7mins from main square. Very lovely host (sonya) takes care of you and helps to organize trips e.g. Taxi tour to sacred valley. Wld definitly stay again Great: breakfast, the conditions of the room & the host! Improvements: its not super noisy but if you have a very light sleep... More

This gorgeous hotel is made up of numerous buildings, set in landscaped gardens and it has a swimming pool. As good a breakfast as any we ever had in South American hotels, many of them far more expensive than this one, and lovely rooms. The hotel is just a short walk to the city centre. The reception staff speak English... More

Friendly staff and great wifi, but I can't recommend this place to you due to numerous problems. Stay elsewhere. *Toilet overflowed for no reason every other day, drenching our entire bathroom. *Shower was sometimes good, but sometimes was boiling hot; nearly too hot for use. *Location is a good 10-15 minute walk from the action, no matter how they draw... Three of us traveled to Cusco and reserved this dorm, and I guess due to availability, we were given a large six-bed room instead of a small triple, so we had plenty of space. The internet was VERY strong (I could stream movies), and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was tea, coffee, bread and eggs. Downside was... More

My friend and I stayed a few nights before going to Macchu Picchu, and had a lovely experience. Back the it was run by a young couple who were very friendly and helpful. A bit cold in the rainy season, but otherwise fine.

My partner and I stayed for just over a week here. We felt cozy and safe our entire stay and would highly recommend it. The family running it make you feel very welcome and the chow chow dog is the cutest! Breakfast is great with lots of bread and tea. They also serve up an egg (scrambled or fried). My... More

This is the worst run hostel I have ever stayed at! The owner's mother promised us our money back because the owners had kept us up all night. In the morning we asked for our money, and the (still drunk) hostel owner totally flipped. He chased us out of the hostel even though we were already walking away. He pursued... More
