Love everything about this place. Great staff, nice breakfast, clean and quiet rooms. There is a laundry service right next door (S/.6 per kilo). Room 503 was our favorite. Other rooms we were in or saw with friends on the tour (long story) were 308 (excellent), 404 and 302. Watch out for 307 it's right over the breakfast room and... More

After coming back from the amazon and post inca trail, this hotel was perfect. Large, clean rooms and good breakfast. Well located, about a 15 minute walk to the main square. I had arranged delivery of alpaca clothing to be sent to the hotel. When it didn't arrive on time, the hotel staff were very helpful in chasing up and... More

...which is just what you need after an Inca Trek. I stayed as part of an organised Exodus trekking holiday, before and after the trek. Rooms fine, bathrooms a little snug, but hot, powerful showers. Breakfast fine. All the staff were friendly, and very accommodating with leaving luggage etc. Most there seemed to be part of larger trekking groups, so... More

Stayed here before and after our Inca Trip and really liked it. Breakfast was very good and we didn't have and issue with hot water. Also electric heaters were provided in the room which were much better at night than loading blankets on. Staff are friendly too and the foyer has coca and other types of tea available all day.

Good hotel but major issues with hot water. We were coming back from the Inca Trail (4 days, no showers)... and were shattered to find out that when we arrived to the hotel, there was NO HOT WATER because they had turned it off.... this was at 7:30pm. When we enquired, they said to wait 20 mins, as they have... More

We were on an Intrepid tour and I highly recommend this company Cusco is absolutely stunning. No graffiti in a South American city is a reality We really enjoyed this hotel and its comfortable rooms. Plenty of blankets for those cold nights and a decent bathroom with a hot shower It's a small walk to the main square, around 10... More

We were booked here as part of package Macchu Picchu tour. Some of the group had opted for the 4 day trek to the ruins. The hotel were able to store baggage as apparently only 6Kg is allowed on the train to Macchu Picchu. The staff then delivered baggage to our rooms on our return. As mentioned in other reviews... My mum and me stayed at the hotel Warari for three nights before starting the Inca trail and one afterwards. For the first three nights we had a lovely room at the front with big windows looking out over the mountains, with two double beds. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. Everything was very clean and we... More
