Loved my stay here!! I am a member of the Ritz program so got the additional benefits but I loved the hotel stay, staff was very courteous, good breakfast and rooms. The wiifi in my room was spotty but they had workarounds. The staff at the bar and restaurant and front desk were all great! I could leave my stuff... More

It has plenty of breakfast options and the food was high quality. We were received with chocolates in our room and some wine. The museum the have below is... More

We were very comfortable and well fed and cared for at the El Convento in Cusco. We would especially like to thank Ricardo Rivera, the paramedic, who visited our room late one night. He was very professional, helped us with our concerns in checking our vital signs and administering extra oxygen.

We recently stayed at this hotel, chosen partially because of the extra oxygen added to the room, and because we trust the Marriott chain. The hotel is new, but is a renovated Manor house is this historic city. The rooms were exceptional, shower perfect, towels fluffy but primarily memorable because of the friendly, efficient service. Our two nights we ate... More

Having stayed at a number of JWs worldwide, I can say without qualification that this is the best in terms of its sensitivity to the local culture and environment. We took a tour that explained how Marriott took the ruins of a Spanish convent and rebuilt it into a superb 5-star hotel. Wonderful. The service is polished and friendly, and... More

Cusco is home to the historic capital of the Incan Empire from the 13th into the 16th century. Its also where most Machu Picchu excursions begin, and as such, there are many lodging accommodations to choose from. One of only two JW Marriotts in Peru is located in Cusco. And thats because it is of special significance - requiring more... More
