What a beautiful and comfortable property. We stayed here 3 nights during our Peru trip and were very grateful. It truly is a 5 star accomodation. Excellent service, food, location to the square. Very comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. My only little complaint is with the breakfast buffet. It was great food and plenty but you have to be served... More

We stayed for three nights. There was a delay in getting a room as it was not ready. The front desk staff was apologetic and made sure we got a nice quiet room. The next day we were short of oxygen so the hotel sent a para medic to give oxygen to me and my wife. The breakfast was nice.... More

Superlatives don't begun to describe this hotel. Staying in a convent built on Incan ruins added to the magical experience of this ancient city. From the entrance with a wide variety of teas to the incredible pool and spa, the service, style and authenticity reigned. Our upgraded suite was grand. Breakfast buffet delicious. All staff and the historic tour of... More

My spouse and I stayed here two nights. The breakfast and wifi was included in our stay. The breakfast was delicious - made to order egg station and home made bread selection were nice perks. The wifi worked great. Although we had a first floor room facing another hotel this was actually good for us as our other Cusco hotel... More

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. But….having booked a courtyard room for two nights as a treat at the end of a tour of Peru, we were very disappointed to find that the stunning courtyard had been "roofed over' for an event. This meant that the courtyard, and the rooms around it were in darkness all day long. Also... More

Centrally located and built on the ruins of an Inca parlance and a colonial Dominican convent and church, this is great place to stay. The interior is absolutely beautiful. It's well decorated and furnished. Their is a small museum in the basement and they offer a free thirty minute historical tour at 6 pm each day. The staff is friendly... More
