This is an ok hotel about a fifteen minutes walk from the main square in cusco. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, a couple of shops and a handicraft market quite close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are ok but hot water isn't always available. There are in room safes and complimentary wifi although sometimes... More

We were going to stay here as part of a G Adventures trip. We were only going to stay here because Other hotels were full. Going into it we didn't expect to be staying in 4 star hotels but this was just unbearable. The first thing we noticed was an awful smell emanating from the room. Upon entering the bathroom... More

Good place to stay that was nice and clean. They answered any questions that you would have and many services available including getting your washing done and cheap taxi rides to the airport. Our Inca trail tour meet here so I was spending the week with someone i had meet for the first time. We had lots of space and... More

We stayed there for 3 nights, the travel agency had chosen it for us. the room we got was spacious but with no windows, there was an unpleasant smell inside. The breakfast was far from good, very liitle choice of food and drinks, we did not have even fresh water. The shower had not hot water, it was warm but... More

Small room with narrow single bed, open-plan layout that amplifies noise from reception around the whole building and, during my visit, the whole place also smelled rather pungently of blocked drains, which was nice. A fair way from the historic centre too. Not somewhere I would hurry back to.

Another poor to average G adventures hotel. The lobby area is nice with coca tea on tap. The rooms are somewhat grotty with poor showers that are lukewarm and with a slow flow. The rooms are all very noisy with abysmal windows which let most of the street noise in. There was a hole in our bathroom window the first... More

Stayed here before and after the Inca Trail as part of a gadventures trip. It was ok. It was clean. My bathroom smelled like farts both times I stayed. The wifi was a bit slow. The part that irked me was on the stay after the Inca Trail I was dying for a hot shower and when I got in... More

This hotel is decent all round. Clean and in a decent location (about 10-15 mins walk to the main square). The rooms are a decent size. The wifi is ok - how good it is depends on what room you are in. Close to the markets too which is good to visit. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cold during day Warner at night. Bed hard and lumpy pillow Looks a bit run down brown carpet, old furniture, black mould in grout. Luke warm shower. Dripping sink so wet floor and mouldy smell! Wifi okay downstairs but not up in room. Okay options for breakfast but stone cold scrambled eggs. Not a great place but passable. A bit... More

We stayed as part of a G Adventures trip. The hotel is clean, reasonably priced and convenient for the main attractions. As other reviewers have noted however, it is noisy, caused by both the internal arrangement and proximity to a busy road. That said, both internal and road noise reduce considerably after 11pm till 5am. Breakfast is good, with plenty... More
