Cold during day Warner at night. Bed hard and lumpy pillow Looks a bit run down brown carpet, old furniture, black mould in grout. Luke warm shower. Dripping sink so wet floor and mouldy smell! Wifi okay downstairs but not up in room. Okay options for breakfast but stone cold scrambled eggs. Not a great place but passable. A bit... More

We stayed as part of a G Adventures trip. The hotel is clean, reasonably priced and convenient for the main attractions. As other reviewers have noted however, it is noisy, caused by both the internal arrangement and proximity to a busy road. That said, both internal and road noise reduce considerably after 11pm till 5am. Breakfast is good, with plenty... More

We stayed here as part of a G Adventures trip and so we had no choice in the matter. If I had my time again I would probably look for a different hotel but it certainly won't hurt you to stay here. Positives include helpful reception staff and a decent breakfast with good views over the city. However, like many... More

This is very basic accommodation. The room is comfortable enough and there is an adequate amount of hot water. The key problem with this hotel is that the vast majority of the rooms face the inner courtyard and have no ventilation whatsoever, not even a fan. It is possible to open the windows to the inner hallways but there are... More

We stayed here as part of a geckos trip so stayed pre and post inca trail trek. We had a nice room which overlooked the town and the mountains. Noise wasn't a problem either outside or from reception. We found the staff to be most helpful and polite. Rooms are clean with good housekeeping. It's true about the hot water,... More

Cusco Hotel Cusco Pardo. Good size rooms with enough space for 2 people and luggage. The beds are comfortable but the room can get hot and stuffy with no room ventilation (air conditioning) luckly the windows can be opened. The rooms are quiet with little or no street noise and good sleep quality. The hot water takes 5 or so... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of G Adventures trip for a total of 4 nights. 2 x 2 nights either side of Macchu Pichu. First room had a window which was unusual and faced onto the street. Second room was more typical with interior window facing onto the inner reception area. This room was dark and noisy at night... More

Rooms in this hotel are nice and large but the noise from reception kept me awake at night with the phone constantly ringing and people coming and going in the reception area. THere is no natural light into the rooms which is also a downside. The hotel is situated a good 15 min walk from the main square. The breakfast... More

Whilst the rooms in this hotel were nice, that was one of its only advantages. They had no outside windows, instead all facing into a central atrium and so the noise of a phone ringing or someone having a conversation there was enough to disturb you or wake you up in the night. This hotel is also a long walk... More
