We stayed at this hotel as part of a package and returned there a couple of times. It had a great location in the old town and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had three different rooms which were all clean and quiet and at the back of the building. The only downside to the rooms were they... More

this is a small friendly hotel situated in the old town just a few minutes walk from the main square shops and restaurants. It was booked as part of a Machu Picchu trek trail package. the staff are friendly and the room was clean and comfortable,. only drawback is that street traffic noise can permeate some of the rooms. nice... Booked a Machu Picchu tour and this hotel came with the package. Cannot fault it for a 3* hotel and breakfast was better than ok. Having been slumming it for months this hotel was a welcome change - but I will revert to budget once this trip is over. (There is a limit to how much I think a bath... More

Stayed with my mom during the Carnaval week. The hotel is very nicely located, within walkind distance to Cusco's main attractions. We had a problem with the electric sockets on our second day, but they fixed it immediately after being told about it. I have no complaints.

Great spot round the corner from main square. Rooms are secure and front desk staff are accomodating. You do need to know there is a nightclub nearby and just when you need a good sleep either before or straight after the trail, the pumping music thumps well into the night. Unfortunately the walls provide little cushioning.

I don't know the price because we bought a whole package with an agency, but for a 3 star hotel it's perfect!! Good location, less than 10 min walking distance to Plaza de Armas. Room is clean, with bath tub, bed is comfortable enough and service is excellent!!

Located within two blocks from Plaza de Armas, which makes it easy to walk around, the hotel it's a great choice considering tis price-value relationship. Of course, do not expect 5 star amenities nor serivce. The breakfast is varied and food quality good. Staff is always helpful and ready to give you a hand. I would recommend this hotel.

Since they were referred by our tour agency,we felt that we would be dealing with professionals. Hotel room is nice, however, hardwood floor is always dirty, you will always end up sweeping the floor with your feet, ultimately taking the dirt into the bed. Housekeeping will clean your room, however, always leaving dirty towels, and sheets, so beware, and look... More

Siete Ventanas was very conveniently located-- could walk to all major Cusco attractions. It was a good value for the cost of the room: hot water showers and a fairly good wifi signal (major bonuses). The front desk staff was also helpful in answering questions and helping us arrange last-minute Machu Picchu tickets. As others have mentioned, the walls, ceilings,... More

Cusco is a must-see colonial town, its Plaza Mayor (Central Square) is more beautiful and well preserved than others of same age. But it has narrow streets and this nice hotel portraits most of the town style. We had a earlier flight from Lima and the manager allow us to stay a few hours for free before our retourn, next...
