We stayed here 4 nights in total, but it was a disappointment compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in Peru. The location is excellent, very close to the heart of the city. The free wifi is ok. However, the rooms are noisy, especially on the 4th floor. There is not a good chair on the room, the toilet... More

The hotel was good. Old city feel. The breakfast was nice, and had a wide variety of items. The people at the reception were helpful, and could understand english. The room heating could be improved a bit.

If you are in three star standard hotels, the Siete Ventanas was good enough and the location made it easy to go to most of places. I know that people complains about the noise, but I was in another one before and was also noise. The manager of the hotel explained that the entire city of Cuzco is noise and... More

Sadly this hotel lacks any character at all. I was there for a total of 4 nights, and didn't enjoy it much at all. If you aren't on the 5th floor, you're in a cave, and thinking about it, the 5th floor is the only floor to book. Breakfast pretty average, no variation at all, and sometimes a surly staff.... More

Interesting hotel. It was clean but took a while for the room to get warm, partly because I wasn't aware that my window was open and it was freezing outside. The white towels were more like a dirty gray and some had brown stains and frayed edges. Warm water was hard to come by and most of my showers were... More

The very first appearance allures you, til you leave the hotel. Very much in the middle of the old traditional block of the buildings. gives you a feeling floating into the past. The rooms quite OK with a beautiful view-particularly at night- of the whole city. The layout of the building is unique keeping the sense of strangeness alive in you.... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a package and returned there a couple of times. It had a great location in the old town and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had three different rooms which were all clean and quiet and at the back of the building. The only downside to the rooms were they... More

this is a small friendly hotel situated in the old town just a few minutes walk from the main square shops and restaurants. It was booked as part of a Machu Picchu trek trail package. the staff are friendly and the room was clean and comfortable,. only drawback is that street traffic noise can permeate some of the rooms. nice... Booked a Machu Picchu tour and this hotel came with the package. Cannot fault it for a 3* hotel and breakfast was better than ok. Having been slumming it for months this hotel was a welcome change - but I will revert to budget once this trip is over. (There is a limit to how much I think a bath... More
