It’s newly refurbished so everything is fresh and clean. The rooms are large and fixtures such as bathroom taps and power points, light switches etc are all quality, fluffy towels and hand towels, phones, some rooms have fridges, loads of bench and wardrobe space, tables, quality toilet paper, oil heater, endless hot water with great pressure, flat screen TV, and... Our transfer back from Machu Picchu to the Cusco airport ran late and we missed our flight to Lima. We first called the hotel where we had stayed in Cusco two days earlier, but they were full. After trying two others, who were also full (literally going door-to-door), we spotted Siete Ventanas. From the moment we walked in, the staff... More

We stayed here twice during our Peru visit. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast buffet is great and has variety, and the rooms are ample sized, clean, with comfortable beds. Located a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas (the main square) near a grocery store, shops and laundry services.

The staff was courteous. The hotel was a few blocks from the Main Square and the Cathedral. It was convenient to the tourist sights. As soon as we arrived, we were offered "mate de coca", a tea from Cuzco, very good for the altitude. The hotel was spotless, the room comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of pastries,... More

we stayed on two separate stopovers, once for 2 nights in room 208 and once for one night in room 306. It's a recently refurbished hotel with ample sized rooms, well furnished bathrooms, an in-room safe that costs no extra, friendly staff, coca tea and herbal tea on demand, 2 blocks from central square of cuzco, They Serve a really... Came across this gem by walking around and going hotel to hotel that wasn't too far apart from my budget. Stayed here 3 nights and can only say great things about Siete Ventanas. Comfort: Good queen size beds. Heater and a small 20" flat screen TV in our room. Shower was hot. Overall, clean and comfortable room. Decor was nice... More

They welcome you with a coca tea, which they say is good against altitude headache, but I prefered painkillers to combat that. There was quite some noise coming from the street, even at night. Cusco is a beautiful town, which makes it hard to understand why they allow intensive and stinking car traffic through the narrow streets of the old... More

If you are looking for a warm comfortable room, at a great price, then the team here will fill your needs. The breakfast is one of the best in any hotel, at this price, in Cusco. We were traveling with Three people and the Tripple room suited our needs just fine. Please don't complain about early noise, as this is... More

I had a group stay here last week and, frankly, I was a bit disapppointed by the hotel staff's performance. They may mean well, but they don't execute well. Yes, the lobby is not going to impress your socks off. But for the price, the hotel's best feature is its safe/convenient location, between the main plaza and the quirky San... More

After hours of travel from Lima to Cuzco we arrived to this back stage street where our hotel was. Very humble decoration, it looked more like a neglected country local house to me.... We were expecting the worst after that lobby and yes there it was, a room with dirty blankets and poor furnishing, the bathroom reminded me a room... More
