Stayed with a friend for two nights before heading for MachuPichu. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Mind you after you enter, they will really push you to drink coca tea which was a little strange. Turns out they don't want you throwing up on their floor (which is sparkly clear!) haha. Very caring staff, breakfast was great, computers... More

Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean. The night I was there I arrived at 11pm from Ollantaytambo and they were waiting for me. They serve breakfast at 6 am and if you need a taxi they make a call. They have Wi-Fi and TV.

Cusco is full with hotels of all types, this one has a good price, is really clean, is not extremely closed to Plaza de Armas but is closed enough, it was hot water, the breakfast is good, the staff is nice and willing to help I enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again but ofcourse this hotel is... Hotel is a short walk through streets lined with Inka walls to arrive at the main square. The staff were very helpful and held our big luggage while we went to Machu Picchu. Hotel is not 5 star but it's clean and offers a basic breakfast. Good value for money.

Stayed here for one night ...The front desk was great...security was good ...room ok a bit outdated. Bathroom had a smell. Price was good for single room under 50 dollors. Breakfast was simple and quality not great. It served it's purpose. A definite two star. Will pay a little more next time for 3 or 4 star.

The staff here was extremely friendly. They brought up some tea when we checked in, and we needed it after climbing up the stairs in that altitude. The rooms are basically appointed, but we were comfortable. The breakfast offered every morning was very nice--with a variety of fresh fruits, juices, breads, and some hot options everyday that we were there.... More

I was impressed with my experience. You aren't paying for a 5 star hotel. Very clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When my father and I returned from our trek they had our bags already setup in our rooms. Water was always hot. Only a few blocks from the main square.

I was traveling with a friend and the staff here were very accommodating. Our plans changed and they accommodated us-no problems, no charges. The staff held our big luggage while we overnighted in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu), so we only had to take what was necessary to MP. The staff greeted/acknowledged us every time we saw them. Our room was... More

I don't understand all the great reviews this hotel is getting. My experience was not good at all. First off, when we checked in as a married couple, we were given a twin room, although we booked a double. We asked to change and were put in another twin room with one bed slightly bigger, just enough to fit two,... More
