This is a typical Budget hostel, not great but gets you by. Bathroom functional but hot water unreliable. Good price considering the location. Do not expect North American standards , they don't exist. Do not book tours through this hostel. Bernardo was very helpful in explaining the tour, unfortunately it is contracted out and did not meet the stated conditions.... More

Do NOT come to this hostel unless there is absolutely no where else to go. It is horrific. The facilities do NOT work.We changed room twice and both showers were broken. Ants coming out of the walls. The included breakfast..... is TEA. Yes, tea. The staff are veryunhelpful and know little about the city. Take my advice, i am sitting... More

The hostel-facilities are ok, even though the beds were a bit hard and the hot water comes out of suspicious electric heater-machines. What you should NOT do, is buying a tour through the Hostel. for you although it is located very close to plaza del armas and the price is fair wi-fi signal is very poor even most of the time doesn't work , no self kitchen ,although the owners are very nice I didn't feel like home there.
