Stayed 3 nights before our trek and 1 afterwards. First night my partner went to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush properly, after several attempts it overflowed and flooded the bathroom. No staff on site to move us to another room so we had to wait until morning till staff arrived. Moved to another room located next to reception... More

Yes this a great small hotel. But is located at the top of a main thorofare between the old town and a disco quarter. I stayed here 4 nights including a Saturday and between midnight and dawn it's high level drunken voices. THEN AT 5:15 AM THE BELLS START FOR 15 MINUTES. The church bells are located 50M from the... An ideal location right on the Plaza de Armas. The staff was very, very friendly and took the initiative to respond to requests or queries. The rooms were clean with hot showers. Breakfast was good and nicely served and wifi was available. Definitely worth the money

We arrived in Cusco at 3:30 in the morning and our taxi driver wasn't sure where on the Plaza de Armas this hotel is located. Luckily I had read on tripadvisor that it is close to Starbucks but every door was boarded up for the night. So in case this happens to you .... Starbucks is on a corner, go... More

We spent three days at this new, quaint hotel and were impressed with the amenities: goose down comforters, full breakfast, 24/7 staff that was consistently friendly and helpful, and a central location that can't be beat. The only downside is that the hotel shares a courtyard with Starbucks, which is open until 1 am. As a result, there's a lot... More

Right next to the hidden Starbucks and decent wifi. Staff was accommodating and friendly. They held our extra bags while we did our 4 day Inka Trail hike which was a huge relief. Coca tea always readily available. This hotel is also located a few steps from the main Plaza and great restaurants so there is plenty of buzz around.... More

I traveled to Cuzco on my own in February. This was my first time traveling internationally by myself. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and I felt safe staying here solo. It is also situated right on the Plaza de Armas which was an ideal location for my stay.

PERFECT LOCATION I stayed in Cusco with 2 other girls and we all felt very SAFE at this hotel. It is located a few steps from the Plaza and all of the staff were very understanding, accommodating and friendly. Additionally, they spoke English well and allowed us to check-in and check-out when we needed to. We stayed in this hotel... More

This is a perfect hidden gem right near the main Plaza de Armas square tucked away on the 2nd floor behind Starbucks. It's clean and great value for the location with it's proximity to all the tourist attractions in Cusco. The place is ultra clean and the staff over friendly, and yes they do have your cocoa tea ready 24... More
