We arrived in Cusco at 3:30 in the morning and our taxi driver wasn't sure where on the Plaza de Armas this hotel is located. Luckily I had read on tripadvisor that it is close to Starbucks but every door was boarded up for the night. So in case this happens to you .... Starbucks is on a corner, go... More

We spent three days at this new, quaint hotel and were impressed with the amenities: goose down comforters, full breakfast, 24/7 staff that was consistently friendly and helpful, and a central location that can't be beat. The only downside is that the hotel shares a courtyard with Starbucks, which is open until 1 am. As a result, there's a lot... More

Right next to the hidden Starbucks and decent wifi. Staff was accommodating and friendly. They held our extra bags while we did our 4 day Inka Trail hike which was a huge relief. Coca tea always readily available. This hotel is also located a few steps from the main Plaza and great restaurants so there is plenty of buzz around.... More

I traveled to Cuzco on my own in February. This was my first time traveling internationally by myself. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and I felt safe staying here solo. It is also situated right on the Plaza de Armas which was an ideal location for my stay.

PERFECT LOCATION I stayed in Cusco with 2 other girls and we all felt very SAFE at this hotel. It is located a few steps from the Plaza and all of the staff were very understanding, accommodating and friendly. Additionally, they spoke English well and allowed us to check-in and check-out when we needed to. We stayed in this hotel... More

This is a perfect hidden gem right near the main Plaza de Armas square tucked away on the 2nd floor behind Starbucks. It's clean and great value for the location with it's proximity to all the tourist attractions in Cusco. The place is ultra clean and the staff over friendly, and yes they do have your cocoa tea ready 24... More

Amazing location just at the doorstep of the Plaza de Armas, yet not noisy as it is facing away from the main road. There is also a Starbucks just next to it so it's convenient to get a bite or a drink. The staff was very friendly and took initiative to accomodate any requests or queries. Rooms were basic but... This was a great hotel to stay in. We stayed for 4 nights in April prior to our trek, and 2 nights after our trek. The hotel has a great location, right behind the Starbucks. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable and cosy. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the cleaners even tidied up... More

First, let me say that this was a fine hotel in a good location. The service was very good. The room itself was very plain and simple, and the bathroom was missing the tiny complimentary bottle of shampoo that we have come to expect in nicer hotels. But for a very basic hotel in a good location, this is a... More

Casa Del Selenque is the perfect location at the south end of the Plaza de Armas. Located off a side street and opening onto a courtyard (shared with the entry to Starbucks!!) it is quiet and very comfortable. Coca tea is available for the altitude, and especially Jessica and Janice were most helpful. You can leave luggage when you go... More
