This hotel is well located on a small plaza surrounded by shops, restaurants and interesting colonial buildings. Stayed on the top floor (no elevator) with grand view of the city. Rooms are spare, but very clean. No central heat, but lots of warm blankets. Front staff are very friendly and helpful.

This place is situated perfectly in Cuzco for any explorers. You can walk in any direction and find a good restaurant or an attraction. It was winter when we were there. It was "0" degree celcius at night with no airconditioner nor central heating system (it will be a problem in hot days of the summer as well). The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the front desk service, that's it. Owner is so rude and very agressive with his personal in front of his tourists. We loved our stay! The owners were personable and helped get our other travel details settled, i.e. complimentary phone calls and internet use. Excursions were great and the grounds were amazing! Lovely meditation room and delicious meals. Looking forward to going back!

The hotel is big and well cleaned,the location is very good that's about the only good thing to say about it, the top floor doesn't have wifi, the hot water come and go every other minute, the front desk is only helpful when you are staying anther night, the breakfast is served without any eggs, the tv in the room...
