This is a comfy hotel in a great location and super service. When we researched there were a lot of great reviews and they were spot on. We arrived earlier than we had expected and they still accommodated us and allowed us to check in. The rooms were nice and tidy and the staff provided a portable heater. Yes!

Stayed here for 5 days, excellent hotel, good value, nice breakfast and friendly staff. It's not in the central tourist area about 1.5km away in the autos spares workshops vicinity. As long as you're taking a taxi at night not an issue. Good local market around the corner 5 mins walk. Would stay again.

Comfortable location. Definitely in less of a tourist area which we loved. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff who really took care of us. The breakfast was solid and fueled us. The room was a bit cold but blankets and the heater did the trick. Really glad with the hotel!!! Thanks Unumizu!

Extremely clean, comfortable beds, HOT shower, complimentary breakfast (with a pretty fantastic spread), 15 minute walk to the main plaza. Not much more to ask for! We stayed there for a few days before and after hiking the inca trail and they kept our extra luggage while we hiked and had it waiting for us in our rooms when we... More

We had a fantastic stay at Unumizu in Cusco. On multiple occasions the staff really went above and beyond to provide excellent service and ensure we had a fantastic stay. Given the price of this hotel it really is excellent value. We arrived at 6am for our booking that evening, hoping to deposit our bags before exploring cusco. To our... More

I planned a tour of southern Peru for my adult children and planned to meet them in Cusco for Inti Raymi and a trip to Machu Pichu. I chose the Unumizu primarily because it fit my budget. what I found was a level of warmth, hospitality and service one would expect from a hotel 2 or 3 times the price.... More

Spent six days here. Room was spacious as it included a very comfortable queen size bed with sufficient bedding, folding table and chair, nightstand and built in storage area. Hot water in the shower was readily available within 15 seconds. Oscar was responsible for the beautiful spread of breakfast fare. The foods included ham, cheese, olives, freshly baked bread, numerous... More

If you are looking for a fancy hotel, then this is not your place. My wife and I were not looking for that. What we found here is a staff that truly cared for our needs. The breakfast was great-a wonderful way to start off the day. They were happy to answer all of our questions and arrange for a... More

STAFF: The staff here were nice and welcoming. Personally I found they weren't as fluent in english as the other hotel I stayed in, however they were still very polite & helpful. They carried our bags up to our room. The night we arrived (Friday / 9:30 PM), we were extremely tired (arriving after a 4 day Inca Trail trek)... More

We were taxied here after our flight to Cuzco was cancelled. The staff at the front desk and restaurant servers are great! The food in the restaurant was very appetizing. The room was clean and homey.
