We had very clean sheets, towels, bathroom, everything! Breakfast was ok, fruit, bread, butter and jelly. We had a very thick blanket and the heater worked great! We were in the basement one night, and 4th floor the other. It was a peaceful stay, but 4th floor is right below the breakfast lounge, and that can get noisy around 5am.... More

Overall my experience was OK but had I some problems communicating about payment and luggage storage. I booked this hotel via Hotels.com but they actually don't take credit cards so you can't pay for it through Hotels.com. Also, you have to pay for the 1st night in advance by either transferring money to the hotel's bank account or using Western... More

We spent 8 nights in March at this hotel - the service that we received from the reception staff through to the domestic staff was 100% - the tourist office gentleman was most obliging with giving advice etc.,even through we were unable to use his service. Our room was very clean and we had plenty of space to spread out... More

This is a good hotel. It is only about a 10 minute walk from Plaza del Armas and I felt safe walking at night with my husband. The lady at the desk speaks English which was helpful for us. All the staff was friendly. The breakfast had bread, yogurt, chocolate milk, variety of fruit, ham, cheese, tea, coffee and it... More

We are a family of 4 and were fortunate to book what they called a suite. It had a small room which lead into a large bedroom with 4 beds. The smaller room had plenty of space for all our bags. The bathroom was very clean. It appears that the rooms were recently renovated. The staff were extremely helpful. They... More

Excellent service, food, and a few minutes walk from the main square. Everything was so easy to coordinate online, would definitely come back. The added bonus was that the tours can all be coordinated at the hotel without any hassle. When you head out for the day, you get a local phone to use in case of emergencies.

Like many other reviewers have said, the service here is simply outstanding. I arrived 4 hours early for check-in, and they had me in a room with a cup of coca tea in hand no more than 30 minutes after I got there. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower... More
