The Aranwa Cusco is a very charming hotel. The hotel is basically a museum with load of art and local artifacts. The staff is attentive and the food is very good. Lot's of dining choices in the area. We especially liked the Incanto restaurant nearby. Wifi is slow, the best WiFi is locat at Starbucks downtown Cusco.

The staff, the location, the hotel itself are all first class. The bedroom we were in had 14 foot ceilings, heat tiled floors in the bathroom with a shower with 4 jets or rain option. Wonderful bar and bar staff. We stayed before and after our trip up to Machu Picchu. Upon returning late in the evening we found they... More

Stayed here with a group of relatives/friends. First impression was, "Oh wow!" Decor is overwhelming, chandeliers, old style Cuzco stule paintings, old furniture, etc. But guess what? It grows on you giving it a special atmosphere. Rooms are small but adequate, windows give to couryard. Bathtub main feature in bathroom, two sinks, amazing shower with two shower heads on the... This is an excellent hotel set in the historic district of Cusco. It's set in a renovated historical building form colonial times. The staff is extremely helpful in every way. We stayed as a group in this hotel a couple of weeks ago. I wrote a review on their Sacred Valley hotel so I am just reposting most of it here. The layout of the hotel is unique as it is an renovated mansion, antiques throughout the hotel. Our room was somewhat small. The restaurant was good and the service great.
