Stayed here during our visit to Cusco and very impressed with the staff services. They all spoke good English and made us feel very welcomed. The staff served us coca tea upon arrival and gave us helpful directions. The hotel itself was conveniently located within close walking distance to the main plaza, and beautifully decorated. Good selection of food for... More

This really is a boutique hotel - there's so much furniture around it took us a while to get our bearings! The facilities and service were very good and the location of the hotel is very central to the main square of Cusco. Service at breakfast was a little haphazard but that was probably because the staff were coming to... More

This was like staying in a museum but with all the amenities. Our room had frescoes on the ceiling. Boutique is best way to describe the property. From the street one would not know what lies behind its doors. Very comfortable with an attentive staff. Excellent location near Cusco's main square. Didn't have a chance to have dinner but the... Perfect location - central to all the main sights of Cusco city. The rooms and overall hotel are immaculately decorated and very clean and tidy. Very spacious room as well as separate bathroom. Enjoyed using the luxurious bathtub to soak up in the evening. You are also spoilt with double sinks, toiletries (though we expected a few more inclusions for... More

My daughter and I ended our Peru trip with a 4 night stay at the Aranwa and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. After reading reviewers feedback on the rooms, we booked a suite which was huge and beautifully decorated. The bedroom was furnished with lovely furniture and bedding and our little balcony overlooked the small plaza which... More

What an amazing place! It was so beautiful and the service was wonderful. I loved the brick arches in combination with the crystal chandeliers in our room. It was a great night as our first night, acclimatizing in Cusco in prep for our Inca Trail trek.

This hotel is really excellent. It's a little expensive but as you are in the centre of Cusco you can get food and drink elsewhere. There service is wonderful, we had a great stay here and it was a great way to relax after the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu.

I find it difficult to decide how to review this hotel as it is was quite mixed. The property itself is lovely, with beautiful and interesting pieces in every corner.
