Comfortable bed, quiet courtyard, great cafe that does great coffee with open fireplace! 24hr front desk. We paid $50 for the room with two single beds, pretty good value in Cuzco is geared toward tourists and can be very expensive. Complaints about location probably unfair, it's only a 10 minute max walk into town centre. Very happy and would definitely... More

This is a lovely hotel, about a 15 minute walk to the center of the old town. Our room was very spacious, with high ceilings. The acoustics aren't great (we could hear through the bathroom door, our neighbors coughing, and anyone walking in the courtyard). The bed was a little hard, but generally ok. In winter (July) it got to... More

The hotel itself is clean with a certain picturesque feel. The food in the restaurant was some of the best I had while in Peru (especially the juices) and was cheap. The Ninos foundation is a great concept. The store (located in the other Ninos hotel) is also a must stop for everyone looking for baby alpaca textile products.

Stayed at Niños Hotel during our stay in Cusco before and after our trek to Machu Picchu. Overall, the hotel is really good with a lot of pros and some little cons, will list it here for reference. Pros: Stay for a cause, I really loved the story behind Niños Hotel and the NPO that the hotel support; such a... More

On our trip to Peru with my friends we decided to spend two nights at Cusco. My friend found this hotel and we all agreed that would be nice to stay there being that they say their profits go to the "niños". When my friend made the reservation she was told that the hotel was in the center, but it's... More

This hotel based on the Ninos foundation concept is a MUST for all visitors to Cusco. The atmosphere is home from home; the mainly female staff are helpful and friendly; the food in their restaurant is wholesome and tasty; the rooms are tastefully furnished in a minimalistic style (a bit cold but there is a heater), the location is relatively... Overall an OK place, but probably wouldn't recommend Ninos to others. Be prepared to get woken up by around 4 or 5am every day because of noise from staffers, early riser guests, doorbell ringing, and street traffic echoing through the courtyard and under the thin wooden doors. Rooms get cold at night and the space heater in our room didn't... More

After a recommendation from a friend back in Australia my two travel companions and I checked into Niños Hotel for the two nights leading up to our Machu Picchu trek. We absolutely loved it. As there's three of us sometimes it's cheaper to get a hotel room than stay in a hostel - Niños was a bit of a splurge... More

We decided to spend our christmas money on a good cause. Ninos hotel is normally a bit above our backpackers budget but for once we stepped up a little. We were very happy with the people who work here. Helpful in many ways, but a major flaw of the staff was that they were very loud in the early morning.... More
