The location is about 15-20 min walk which can be a pain having to catch taxis during the evening. The area is as previous reviewers commented pretty average. The service here is Peruvian- in that it takes forever to have anything done for you and your room does not get cleaned at any regular intervals. You don't get dry bath towels or anything like that, in fact one of the staff members left a dirty rag in here when we moved in and it is still laying right... More

Friendly staff (english speaking). Good service. Fine breakfast with eggs and fresh fruit. The rooms are warm decorated and (most of them) look out on the street. Walking distance to the historic centre is about 15 min.
