Superb staff and gorgeous rooms! Our room was nice and cozy with bits and pieces of artistic pieces. Bed was huge! Always had yummy chocolates everytime they fixed the rooms. It was a nice treat to come back too. We had robes as well. Staff were always there to help and bend over backwards. Gave us a few surprises of... More

We stayed there three nights while in Cusco in October, 2014. The place is great, beautiful building, the personnel extremely kind and the location is simply perfect. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to everything, even the churches with their bell that call to mass at 6:00 am. But that is part of the experience; you should not... More

I can't say enough good things about Andean Wings. We just completed a three-night stay in the triple room -- a great offering for traveling families and friends. Our room was terrific. The courtyard restaurant was beautiful and relaxing. And the fireplace setting in their Mandela bar was cozy. I especially appreciated the staff's concern with our first day bout... More

Cuzco is not a big city. This hotel is centrally located and close to the square. The rooms are average. Our ground floor room did not have a window except a small one in the bathroom. The air circulation in the room is poor and it feels very hot in the room. Staff are good and helpful. Free coca tea... More

Excelent service and facilities. Staff very friendly and always helpful. We stayed 3 nights in the mini suite and one in one of the suites. We could rest every single night after our ecursions and after the Inka Trail. Def will come back!

I was a singled traveler, and arrived after a long over-nite flight from Portland Oregon. Didn't get any sleep in that coach seat, had a 5 hr lay-over in Lima airport, so was exhausted. Arrived at the hotel's front door at 6:45am and was greeted by name, seated and handed a warm cup of tea. This was exactly what I... More

The beautiful courtyard, with its Moorish columns and arches, bubbling fountain and low volume Andean music, testifies to the thought that has been put into this hotel. It is a hidden gem, located only a couple of blocks from the heart of Cusco. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful; they even surprised my husband with a cake for breakfast... More

The building is absolutely gorgeous! It is a heritage site and is in good shape. The breakfast here was fantastic, lots of high quality foods with excellent service. The staff were most helpful, and the welcome pisco sour was yummy!

Stayed for 3 nights. Worst check in process of a 28 day vacation in Peru and Ecuador. Took about 45 minutes to check in 3 couples. Assigned rooms were very small (no room to hold 2 suitcases). Windows in 2 of the rooms looked into the hallway. The hotel did upgrade us to a larger suite the last 2 nights.... More

We spent a week in Peru, and stayed at the Andean Wings hotel in Cusco twice during that week. The hotel service is wonderful, the food is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. We had two breakfasts and two meals at the hotel restaurant, and enjoyed every meal we had. The mushroom/quinoa sandwiches were especially tasty. We really appreciated... More
