We stayed here for 5 nights (non-consecutive nights before and after the Inca trail), in room 305 on the 3rd floor. It was during the christmas/new near period. Good: - value for money (we paid USD60 a night) - owner very attentive, friendly people at front desk - great location near the plaza de armas (2 blocks away) and rooftop... More

I and a friend stayed here off and on throughout out 10day tour to Peru. The hotel was very clean with nice blankets and extras if needed. We went in Jan and it got a little chilly after it rained, but not too bad and the rooms were fine with extra blankets. The hotel did our laundry, help with phone... More

our small group had stayed at andenes al cielo for two nights after returning from our inca trail hike and machu picchu. the front desk receptionist seemed to be a bit harried when we arrived as a group around 9 pm. but we eventually got to our rooms. one couple asked to be moved to a different room, and that... We stayed at Andenes Al Cielo twice - once before our Lares Valley trek and once afterwards. The accommodation is wonderful. The email communication was excellent and responsive. Once we checked in, we were able to get some coca tea and the room was clean and cozy. The rooms did get a little chilly at night, but with the extra... More

I found this hotel when I was walking down the street and thought it would be too expensive for me. I was delighted to be offered a pretty single room with double bed for 45 dollars. The hotel is set around a courtyard and has a little roof terrace with rooftop views. There is a fireplace in the lobby. It... More

My husband & I stayed here whilst we were in Cusco. The staff were so lovely. I was very ill with Soroche (altitude sickness) and they were really helpful & explained that I just needed to get through it & that I would get better which at the time I though would never happen. There was also a very helpful... More

We have stayed at Andenes al Cielo for 4 nights during our visit to Machu Picchu. Location is perfect as it is only a 3 minutes' walk from the main square, so it is very close to the main attractions and restaurants. It is a 20 minutes' cab ride away from the airport (10 Sol, around £2,50). At the end... More

Dear Nora: Thank you so much for your very kind and detailed review of our hotel. We very much regret the complication regarding your first night's stay with us. Javier did apprise us of the matter at the time and we have since improved our coordination with WHL. Also, we wanted to let you and our other guests know that... More

The Andenes Al Cielo is located in one of the narrow cobbled lanes of old Cusco. It is a quaint colonial style boutique hotel, with a small number of rooms, a charming staff led by a very helpful, very capable Mr. Javier. About 15 minutes away from the main square, and several eating options, the Andenes falls into the category... More

We really liked this hotel, the room we stayed in was large, with fresh flowers every day, the staff was very friendly and polite. Laundry service worked brilliantly. Good location only couple of minutes walk from the main square. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. More

Andenes al Cielo is a quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained B&B located just a few blocks from the main Plaza de Armas square. They include an airport taxi pickup in your room rate and send someone when your flight arrives. From the moment you step inside the gate, you are received with a warm welcome and feel the charm of... More
