This place is the sh@&and I don't mean that in a good way. Honestly the strangest travel experience so far. Oddly made us pay cash and then hunted us down like criminals claiming we didn't pay- odd to say the least. How can you stay in a hotel without paying? In Peru you always pay when you check in. Anyway... More

I had a great stay in Cusco thanks to the Eureka Hostal. They picked us up at the airport, arranged our tours to MachuPicchu, the Sacred Valley, and Cusco City. This is great hotel for such a great price. The rooms are very clean and pretty simple but have all your needs covered. The WiFi internet is pretty good and... More

When I got here I had one of the friendly welcomes that I have ever received. The woman was so lovely whilst checking us in and really was there to help with anything you would need. Our room was a good size, with nice wall decor which really added to the character of the place. The room was clean, with... More

We stayed here twice, before and after our Machu Pichu trip (same room). It was the only hostal we stayed in that had a portable heater in the room (September). The bed was very comfortable, the toilet and shower clean and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was fine with eggs freshly cooked to order. There was a mini-bar in... More

The Eureka is an excellent travelers' hostel: very clean, good firm beds in pleasant rooms, hot water and hair dryers. Its location near San Blas Plaza is perfect, and there are several good restaurants with a short walk. Most of the staff speak English. Breakfast is included and the Eureka offers lots of variety from fruits and cereal to bread... More

I give this hostel 5 starts because we found what we were looking for...a secure, comfortable, cozy place to rest after our adventures in Cusco. We got a big room...very courteous and respectful personnel, excellent breakfast....walking distance (4 -5 blocks?) from Cusco main square.

+ big, nicely decorated rooms + safe in room + awesome staff ( they booked for us at very decent prices a bus and a hotel in puno) + delicious breakfast + left our luggage, tablets, etc. at the hotel while we went on a 4d inka trail - rooms in the ground foor and towards the street are a... More

This hostal has been booked for us by the travel agency. We moved in this hostal after our outstandind stay in hotel Casa Andina San Blas which was just opposite. We have visited the hostal two days before moving in, just to be sure that we will not get a room with the window to the street which was noisy... More

A friendly and efficient Hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, English speaking on the front desk. Nice breakfast room, WiFi available. Rooms were a decent size, good showers with ample hot water. Location is convenient, about a 8 minute walk into centre. Situated on a corner of a narrow road, the traffic can be noisy, but unless you... More

We were very lucky and had a very large spacious room (1 double + 2 single beds). The rooms are cold and humid. The bathroom is humid too and the towels never seem to dry. The breakfast is very good and the service is outstanding. I can recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and friendly place... More
