I arrived to this hotel within hours of arriving in Peru after an early morning flight from Lima. On a very busy one lane street (barely any sidewalk) - so tred carefully. Our room was spacious and on a high floor. It was nice to have a outdoor hallway leading to a terrace with a view. Rooms are basic as... More

I love Cuzco very much. I was recommended hotel Eureka by a friend, my experience at the hotel was great. I stayed at the hotel for a week and a half my room and bathroom very clean and serviced the room everyday. I had hot water everyday and my heater worked fine we had 5 rooms if there was an... More

We found the rooms not to be clean. There were hairs under the blanket, hairs on the bathroom walls. The curtain rod fell on top of my husband when he tried to close the curtains at night. The electric heater had no knob to control the heat. My kids room was pretty cold at night. My husband ran out of... More

We have stayed two nights in this Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location in the "San blas" area is great. Delicious restaurants are very close and many sightseeing places can be reached by walk. The rooms are nice, middle size, heater available. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast was average. The WiFi is slow. The only disadvantage... More

This place is the sh@&and I don't mean that in a good way. Honestly the strangest travel experience so far. Oddly made us pay cash and then hunted us down like criminals claiming we didn't pay- odd to say the least. How can you stay in a hotel without paying? In Peru you always pay when you check in. Anyway... More

I had a great stay in Cusco thanks to the Eureka Hostal. They picked us up at the airport, arranged our tours to MachuPicchu, the Sacred Valley, and Cusco City. This is great hotel for such a great price. The rooms are very clean and pretty simple but have all your needs covered. The WiFi internet is pretty good and... More

When I got here I had one of the friendly welcomes that I have ever received. The woman was so lovely whilst checking us in and really was there to help with anything you would need. Our room was a good size, with nice wall decor which really added to the character of the place. The room was clean, with... More

We stayed here twice, before and after our Machu Pichu trip (same room). It was the only hostal we stayed in that had a portable heater in the room (September). The bed was very comfortable, the toilet and shower clean and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was fine with eggs freshly cooked to order. There was a mini-bar in... More

The Eureka is an excellent travelers' hostel: very clean, good firm beds in pleasant rooms, hot water and hair dryers. Its location near San Blas Plaza is perfect, and there are several good restaurants with a short walk. Most of the staff speak English. Breakfast is included and the Eureka offers lots of variety from fruits and cereal to bread... More
