I stayed in this place for 5 nights and was very happy with the experience. This place is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the Plaza de las Armas, away from the most grigo infested areas and in a quiet location with no traffic (access is 2 minutes walk from San Blas Plaza if arriving by taxi). This place also... More

This place is significantly cheaper than anywhere else we found. We got a double bed ensuite for 20s each. That's unbeatable and has to be considered when assessing the rest of the hotel. The positives are the price, location and that the rooms are clean and the beds comfy. Less positive was the kitchen and the owners. The kitchen was... More

I stayed there with a group of friends for one week, and I loved the stay! The owner was really helpful and nice, answering for doubts about the city and trying to help with any problems we had. The hostel is really nice inside, with a good and fully kitchen and sofas outside and inside, so it's possible to take... More

Stayed here w/ a group I was volunteering with- then came back a month later when my sister came to visit and stayed again! The rooms were nice. We stayed in a triple w/ a private bathroom. We had hot water most of the time; I think I had 2 cold showers in a 5 night stay, but hey-- it's... More

Hostel located off the main tourist track, close to Plaza San Blas, 5 minutes away from Plaza de Armas. Be prepared to walk stairs-it could be tiresome depends on your condition. Totally worth it! Great outdoor space, although could be more chairs and tables. Hostel has fully equipped kitchen so you can easily boil, bake and saute whatever you like.... More

We stayed in this hostel for three nights in total, with a break in the middle to go to Macchu Pichu. Our first room was reasonable. The shower was hot but very low water pressure. The owner was friendly enough and the place itself has charm. We were moved to a different room when we came back from MP which... More

Basic accomation but clean and welcoming staff. The tenant wanted us till 2 am after our Machu Picchu trek for the check-in and kept our luggages for few days. Very good located even if it hardly rises to reach it !

We got this hostel recommended by a dutch pair in Puno, and without that would never have found it. It is a very quiet, cosy and neat hostel in a car-free street, with all rooms around a patio. Very decent price: only 40 sol for a matrimonial room. Free wifi, kitchen and lunchroom. Located in the trendy San Blas district,... More

My husband and I spent a couple of days in this hostel in September 2010 and we really liked it. The rooms are very basic, though clean with white walls. They are set around a nice courtyard. Simple kitchen is available. The hostel staff is helpful but not intrusive. The only problem at the beginning was hot water, but we... More

This is a really nice, quiet hostel, and I enjoyed staying there. It's in the San Blas area, so it's a steep hike up from the center of Cusco, but it's worth it. Clean, big rooms set around a cute courtyard in the center. Beds were comfy & had plenty of wool blankets. The only problem we had was the... More
