This place is listed a.k.a. "Musafiri Hostel" or "Posada San Rafael Cusco" or "Hostal Puñuy Wasi". I wasn't sure what happened until I got back home. I booked a hostel called "Musafiri Hostel" through venere.com. When I asked hotel to pick me up at airport, he responded me with the name of "Posada San Rafael Cusco" but the end note... More

This was my second time in Cusco and I stayed there for one week. The service is excellent on the phone and in-person, the staff is always courteous and also speak English (A-plus!). My experience was completely different. i was in one of the rooms in the first floor where the garden is i didn't hear anything, I slept like a baby. hot water was good, yeah the room was a little cold but nothing crazy , the place was really clean. the girls in the staff took really good care of us,... Very bad choice of lodging...No wonder I am the first to review it. Went there by a last-minute Peruvian friend's recommendation...I later found out, he had never been there either! and it shows.
