Hosteria de Anita is a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. You will have to walk up a whole slew of steps to get to the Hosteria. I stayed there before I hiked Manchu Pichu and loved my room-really great atmosphere-room was painted in warm colors. It was in the back of the hotel so very quiet. My... More

We were satisfied with our accommodation here. The room was large and the bathroom was adequate. We had sufficient blankets that we slept fairly well and the bed was sufficiently comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and offered useful assistance. It is part of a chain of Hotels. The people with whom we communicated before arrival but after booking organised our attendance... More

After a problem with my room in the Amaru Hostel, I was moved to its sister hotel Hostel De Anita Situated about 5-10 minute walk from the Plaza De Armas the location was perfect. Room was nice and well furnished. However slightly dusty in areas. Bathroom was nice, however the hot water was rather sporadic and the day before my... More

One of the worst accommodations in Cusco. Whatever the ratings say you can easily find much better offers on this price for your money. The rooms are stone cold and no heaters to help. The hot water is random and having a stone cold shower while freezing outside is not so funny especially for the money you paid. You are... More

We loved staying here – great value. Large rooms with consistently hot water. Quiet courtyard filled with plants and flowers. We liked the upstairs rooms the best. The front desk was wonderful and so accommodating – they would arrange our taxis to anywhere we needed to go at very reasonable prices. Great free pick-up service at the airport or train... More

We stayed here in late July for 4 nights. Very nice a cozy hotel with good wifi only in the lobby and common areas. The one point to take a note of is that the hostel is on top of a hill (Cusco is full of hills & valleys). You have to climb about 50 steps before you get to... More

We stayed here before and after our Inca trail hike. The room was nice and the location was great. It was cold (no heating), but there were plenty of blankets. The 3 nights before our trail hike were fine. There was hot water (enough for a quick shower anyways!), but low water pressure. The night we returned from the 4... More

We stayed here for one night before heading off to the Amazon. They picked us up from the airport, which was really helpful. Overall, the place itself is like a 5 minute or less walk from the Plaza de Armas, which was nice. Inside, it's cute and they have Coca tea set up to drink. (don't drink late at night... More

The hostel is very well located, really comfortable and cute. The staff is nice and helpful. The only problem is taking a hot shower. We were in 8 people when we stayed there, some rooms were fine, but my moms room didn't have water at all in the first day and in the second it was freezing cold. My mother... More

The location and the cute courtyard are the best things about this property. They are nice enough - though don't trust their advice behind the counter about the area (which is fine, they aren't a concierge). The breakfast is included and again, gets the job done though it's nothing to look forward to. Overall, good location, reliable hot water, and... More
