The location and the cute courtyard are the best things about this property. They are nice enough - though don't trust their advice behind the counter about the area (which is fine, they aren't a concierge). The breakfast is included and again, gets the job done though it's nothing to look forward to. Overall, good location, reliable hot water, and... More

Stayed here with friends either side of Machu Picchu. Cusco has a stunning city centre and this hostel fits perfectly with nice gardens. The staff went above and beyond 24 hours a day and held our luggage for the 3 nights we were trekking even though we only stayed 2 nights, and held it til 10pm after check out. The... More

There are many options in Cusco to have a nmice stay, and one of then is Hosteria de Anita. It´s a cozy place, and the rooms are good to rest. The breakfast is include, and the best is that it is ready since very early (at 5 am), because they know that many guest leaves at that time to do... More

We stayed here for two nights before heading to Machu Picchu and decided to stay another two nights after returning from Machu Picchu. The location is great - easy walk to Plaza de Armas, San Blas and other areas of Cusco. The rooms are bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in room rate and includes fresh fruit, bread, jam... More

We stayed for 3 days - 2 days before and 1 day after our trip to M.P. The hostel sent someone to the airport to pick us up for free (but a porter inside the airport had seen our names on our chauffer's sign and came into the airport pretending to pick us up i.e. working for tips). The hotel... More

great location within walking distance from the center, cozy, neat, clean, Breakfast good and plentiful ... rests very well, you can 'spend time in the indoor garden ... normal prices .... only problem is perhaps the hot water is divided into two or three rooms, so hurry

We stayed here in March 2013 and wanted somewhere not too expensive and somewhere near Plaza de Armas. It was perfect and the taxi dropped us off in San Blas (the old district) where our hostel was but as it was on a narrow cobbly street we had to walk up the stone steps to get there. Fab! The hostel... More

My partner and I stayed three nights from late August. The hostel is in an excellent location and nice neighbourhood. The common areas are nicely presented and the courtyard is lovely on a sunny day. Our room was near the front of the hostel, which meant a little more street noise, though due to the back street location this really... More

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I spent three nights here before our Lares Trek and one night after, each time in a quad room. Our first room was clean and nicely set up but on our return the quad we had was less desirable. The bathroom in the second room was moldy, had an odd smell and was poorly set... More

My daughter, cousin and I stayed there July 1. I received an e-mail they would be picking us up from the airport with a big sign. We had to phone about 10x & they finally showed up after 40 minutes. In the meantime my daughter got sick with altitude sickness. When we arrived to the hotel we had to climb... More
